Black hills. I love this book. I have read this book before and can't get enough of it.

Black Hills. I have been a Nora Roberts fan in the past. She is a master at writing entertaining romance. This book was no exception with an interesting wildcat conservation theme. However I was disappointed in the fact that there was so much foul language in this book and her other recent novels. I'm disappointed that she feels the need to use this kind of language in her books. I'm afraid that until she cleans up her vocabulary, I won't be buying any more of her books.

Wonderful!. Absolutely a great book! But I really hated having to end it! I would LOVE to see a Trilogy out of these characters! I seriously don't want to give up this world yet :(

A good read. I really enjoyed the beginning section of the story, it was engaging and hooked me immediately. The middle section dragged for me, the animal refuge and wildlife talk could not keep my attention because I wanted more of the core relationship on those pages. Third section, finally put the focus back on Coop and Lil, I wish we had followed them more in those ten years. Ended on a strong note though and I absolutely loved their conversations and how they both come to the realization of their absolute love and adoration for each other. There were some beautifully written scenes, just beautiful. Nobody writes a love story quite like Nora Roberts! ❤️

Good, but.... I love Nora Roberts' writing. She has a way of telling a story and building characters that is effortless and intriguing. But... Black Hills just went on too long. I found myself thinking, "Okay, got it, let the good guy win and the bad guy get mauled by the cougar already." I personally love getting a glimpse of some small window of the world-South Dakota-or a specialized setting-wildlife refuge-so that only enhanced the book as far as I'm concerned. I wish I could rate this three and a half stars...

Another great thriller. Black Hills is full of suspense, mystery and romance blended together with good character profiles. Another "can't put it down" from Nora Roberts.

Good book but. I found myself skipping pages don't get me Wrong it was very good and detailed book but maybe to detailed when it came down to the main female character's business, But the life long friendship was great even though she seemed a little nagging to the male character with the whole forgiveness issue. It was just ok for me.

Great read. I really enjoyed this book! I would have loved to see a spin off with the "Tansy" character. Was sad when the book ended.
