Ok. Ms Heyer wrote joyful prose. Reminds me of the amusing and entertaining movie comedies of the 30’s. Her protagonists are jolly people. What would really be an enhancement is to have the glossary cover historical slang. It was a lot of work to find the phrases & idioms, especially of low-class UK.
Foundling. One of the best of Georgette Heyers historical novels.Absoutely hiliorous
