Fantastic!!!!. I have read this book and loved it. Christopher Rice is a fantastic writer and takes after his parents with that talent. He's a must read writer and I highly recommend his books.

Moving. In a way that surprised me and also touched me, I fell in love with this book. It is current to the real issues of today such as DADT and the mass suicides of gay youth. It really develops the surprising characters and moves you in ways you are not prepared for. Great job Chris. I am a loving fan.

Like a fine wine, Christopher Rice gets better with age.. Due to a hectic professional schedule, I had taken a long hiatus from pleasure reading. My first dip back into the pool of literature was this book, having read the author's first two novels several years earlier. A pattern I noticed with the first two novels is that you can actually see the author's writing style improve with age and experience. The third novel follows that same pattern and I am happy to say that it was worth every precious stolen minute to make my way through the book. I'm now moving on to his next novel and am anxious to see how he outdoes himself this time...
