Bittersweet. This book made me cry. I still lived it though.

So sad!. Omg, I loved this book so much and was hooked. It is 12:48 am and I just finished it. I cried so hard at the end. Especially at the funeral. I haven't cried this hard over a book since Hunger Games book 1 when Rue died. I am still crying as I write this 😰😰😰

Cute ending. This book was very entertaining and even though some people might disagree, I loved the ending and it gave the title meaning. It was a good book and I really enjoyed it at least for the story aspect.

The girl across the street. This book was just spectacular,and heartbreaking at the same time as I came to the end of the book I was literally paralyzed. It felt as if I wanted to die also for ashelee's sake, like Tim and ashelee were just so close every time Tim cried I cried along with him the ending was the most....most part. This book was petrifying but beautiful,sad, and most of all AMAZING.

Don’t bother. Main character is a bit creepy and cringe. The dialogue seems like it was writing by someone in the 50’s. People don’t speak like that today. Also, was put off by the author saying that you can only be pretty with make up and your hair down and combed. Seriously. Strange stuff

Not a happy ending.. If you like love stories with happy endings then this is NOT the story for you. It is great up until the end and then you will be extremely upset and disappointed.

The book is so good the hole time I kept thinking they would make the cutest couple I hope she like Tim back and then the accident came out of know where and I cried and cried I felt the pain he felt and when Ashley came back I got happier thinking yes thank god the book don't end this way but the Ashley didnt make it and the only good part is him finding the note after that it really made me depressed I wish Ashley would of lived....

OMG. This was an amazing book but the ending caught me off guard. It left me in a puddle of happy and sad tears.

The Girl Across The Street. Wow what a wonderful story. It felt like you could be living this time being young and In love. The ending was so sad it made me cry but you put that spin on it with the note in the bottle, which by the way slipped my mind. I was so happy Tim was the won to find the bottle and finally had the answer to his question. You are a fantastic writer because you can make your readers feel like they are right there in the story. Thank you so much for this wonderful story and I can't wait to read your other books. Keep up the good work and I look forward to your other books. Pat G.

The girl across the street. This book will reveal many emotions, good and bad. It is a touching story of a young boy and girl and their endless love for each other. I loved how it took different turns and did un-expected things.

Creepy main character. Book was okay at first dialogue was old fashioned and sort of robotic but then later in the book the main character who’s 18 is saying how beautiful 15 and 16 year old female bodies are. Had to stop reading it was getting so creepy and gross.

Middleman. Made me cry my eyes out, 1000000/10. One of the best books I’ve had read.

Heart Touching. I really enjoyed reading 'The Girl Across the Street,' it was a very lovely book.From the beginning to end,though the end caused me to be very sad because they didn't confess their love for each other until it was too late and happy that they both felt the same for each other and that Timothy found solace.

Should friends make out?. I actually love love love this book! I just don't like how Tim makes out and "stuff" with other girls even though he already has a girlfriend! But other than that, I still enjoyed reading.

Best book ever. I am a person who hates reading, but MY best friend who lives across the street told me about this and it sounded great. I looked it up and this came up, it was so good and detailed i cried at the end. You should certainly read this great tale of two best friends who grow up together and experiment together as the grow older. When the two are split apart, see what happens to them. ITS SOOOO GOOD ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Don't bother. This book just made me sad. I'm glad it was free would have been gutted if I'd paid for it. Not written that well either. Clunky and I skipped sections.

One of the best books. This book had me laughing and as the book came to it's final chapters pouring my eyes out- I was weeping so hard that my mom came into my room to see what was up. Tim truly is a gentleman and the dream guy every teenage girl wishes for, and what happened to Ashley was so sad that it is unspeakable, but through this book, I learned what true love is. :)
