The greatest man I didn't meet!. Mr Carr's books help me all the time. 5 years ago I stopped smoking with the Easyway, 2 years after that I lost weight with Easyweigh and now I'm sure I'll never drink again :) this man deserves a sainthood xx
A quick read, great advice. A quick read (less than two hours), and great advice. Carr manages to change our perspectives of alcohol in a frank and honest way. Not had an alcoholic drink for over a week. Also lost the desire to go out and buy any.

Very punchy, blunt & straight to the point.. Allen doesn't mess about with his advice & anecdotes. This version is shortened and in just over 100 pages makes it an easy reference guide to refer back to. There is an action plan towards the end. Good for anyone who thinks they might be drinking too much.
Mr. Save it....save your money for something better. This is a lame book, too short and really does not provide any real knowledge. Not too mention the arrogant demeanor of the author, which gets quickly very boring. The 'chapter' headers were also cut in half which makes the amateurism complete...this book is a rip off.
