Wonderful. I couldn't put this wonderful story down. Rich characters that do find friendship prior to romance. A developing relationship encased in an adventure. I may read this one a second time. I so hope there is a sequel!

Fabulous. I remember the first time I stumbled across this book...a girlfriend mentioned it to me one afternoon. I purchased it online and didn't look up until I was finished. If you are a fan of fantasy, medieval, a hint of paranormal? This book is for you! The author writes smart, with wit and with an amazing command of grammar...something we don't see often these days. Five stars!

Great blend of magic, romance, and adventure. Definitely recommend this book! The world is entirely different from our own and yet makes sense. I love Martis' strength and loyalty and Silhara's determination and this fashions itself into a great romance.

Magical!. Master of Crows is an enticing tale of strong wills , passions, and stronger magic. Getting to know each character in this initial novel as they forge a bond of love and friendship to defeat evil forces together is a delight. I can’t wait to read more.

A moving tale. I was moved to tears, laughter and longing by Master of Crows. I was completely immersed into the lives of Draven’s complex, lovable characters. The house of orange groves and the dark halls of a soul-sucker came to life through Draven’s mastery of imagery. Eating a sweet orange will never be the same and I’ll probably blush every time I think of red robes from now on. Martise and Silhara’s journey is one that I look forward to accompanying them on again and again for years to come.
