Love it. One of my favorite books

Amazing start to a new series. This book was amazing! It had the right amount of action, suspense, and romance without having just too much fluff or unrealistic stuff. However, this is NOT a children's fiction book at all. It is appropriately geared to YA so I was shocked to see it not labeled as such. It does contain foul language but it is few and far between, and also there are other mature elements(namely, boyfriend-girlfriend heating up) that would not make the book a child's book at all. Anyway, everything was just right! I was hooked from the beginning. There are 2 full books after this one (the Mind Thieves and The Mind Games) and a short novella to wrap things up (the Mind Keepers). All of which I highly recommend if you liked this book and want to get more of Cameron, Lewis, Maddox, and many more new and improved... (If you wanna put it that way...) characters!! 😃 ❤️

Left me hanging. As a stand alone book, it isn’t very satisfying. As the beginning of a series, it is intriguing.

Gripping. The story grabbed hold of me at the very beginning. If I had started it earlier in the day, I would have finished it, however, at 1:30am, I put it down and the moment I woke I finished it. Now I'm going to have to get book 2. Can't wait to hear the other side.

OMG MINDREADERS. When I first read the little preview I was a bit skeptical. But I was hooked. I read the whole book in two days!! I think that the characters are relatable and easy to get. But the ending just made me want moaaaaarrr!! Haha this is a wonderful book and I hope for many others! So cannot believe this is free!(: You will NOT regret it! Romance, action, mystery and laughter!

Moment. After a moment... For a few moments... In a moment... I got tired of reading these phrases on every other page.

Fascinating - 3.5 Stars. This review may contain a few spoilers. The book literally starts off, "“The man sitting across from me at the café was thinking about murdering his wife.” Like who wouldn't be surprised and captivated by that!? So once I saw that first sentence I had to continue reading. Now, why the 3.5? Well, I just thought Cameron was very, and I mean VERY stupid! Like, who goes running off with a guy you don't know? Especially when he's always known exactly who you are? Like just no, I get the situation with her family, but come on!!!!! You're a mind reader, who cannot read his mind. Yes, I know she can't read her grandmas mind either, but obviously something really bad happened to her dad that her grandma wanted to protect her. Although, that being said, I do believe that her grandma should have told her what happened. All in all, the book was written well, and the twists and suspension were very cool! Despite the rating, I do want to continue the series.

Terrible cliff hanger for ending.. If I could give no stars and write a review, I would. This ends terribly and if there is a sequel I wouldn't read it. I actually payed for this because I liked a different book by this author but this one wasn't worth the time or money.

Well now .... This author rates an A for an incredible journey of mystery, intrigue and suspenseful fun ... however ... the abrupt ending leaves a strong distaste in one's mind for further abuse. IF there is no sequel planned for release in the near future, Miz Brighton will clearly deserve an F for failing Humanities 101! For the rude conclusion of this one ... reduced stars.

This Book is Amazing!. This book is Amazing! I've only read a few books in my life that i actually love and this is definently added to the list. I got so into it i thought i was living the story and when i stopped reading for a break my life was so dull and boring compared to the fantasy i lived in when reading this. Interesting read. This book is worth a read. It was interesting from the get go and I went in with little expectation. It still fits the usual teen fiction romancey sort of genre but it was surprisingly good. It kept me intrigued and the protagonist is well depicted,though I'm not really into her yet... Going to buy the next books because I think my curiosity is getting the better of me!
