Internal Force Fitness by Richard Neville Book Summary

What I have called the Internal Force Fitness: Everyday Exercise Routine 1 is in fact a version of something called Chinese Radio Gymnastics.

Chinese Radio Gymnastics have been around for many years and are an everyday part of life for the young and elderly alike. These everyday exercise routines use only your own bodyweight, and while Tai Chi routines require you to move up and down a room, these routines tend to be fairly static, but still DYNAMIC.

Presented here is one of the later versions, and it is a good beginner routine.

These routines are something that can wake you up, keep you supple AND help keep you focused on your everyday work.

The routine is its own warm-up and cool-down, and the whole thing can be completed in around 5 minutes (or up to 15 depending on how you adapt it for your own needs).
