Because the only "rational" explanation for this he could think of is that he himself was the killer, he has felt guilty for twenty-one years. But didn't know for sure.Now he's met a beautiful young woman who seems to be the reincarnation of Tina.While a slasher rapist is terrorizing women in the St. Louis metropolitan area.Is the young woman in danger?
