Loved it!. I disagree with some of the other reviews. Some things are similar to Fifty Shades of Grey (but so are a lot of other books). But it is also very different from Fifty. Love that there are no exes trying to ruin Ian and Francesca's relationship. I really liked this story. I hope the author continues their story in another whole book (not chapter by chapter releases).

Very Hot and Very Good. Deeply erotic and absorbing novel. The two leads are fascinating. Secondary characters and their back stories are not fully developed. This is one that I could not stop reading. Finished in two days.

Stop comparing to Fifty Shades.... Just because a novel is erotic and contains anything pertaining to BDSM or a character with dominant traits does not mean the author was imitating Fifty Shades. This book is completely separate and stands on it's own- it is a well developed plot, predictable but still very engaging, the character depth is also rather intriguing. I really enjoyed it. I do wish there was more closure, could have used 10 more pages to conclude everything a little better.

Because You Are Mine. While I could have loved Francesca and Ian's story I thought the punishment was extreme. Cruel even. I loved the story. But the cruel belittling punishment actually hurt my stomach. I can't understand Ian being so cruel beating with hard paddles and demeaning Francesca. I felt sick about it. What kind of woman lets herself be demeaned beat and comes back for more. I love some of Beth Kery other books. I'm waiting for Glow. I can't wait. Also Lucien story was good. I loved that book. I just have a bad taste and the story could have been so loving. But taking Ian back after the plane beating and debasement I don't like at all.

Great. This book was very well written. I loved everything about it. Can't wait to read her other stuff.
