I love Italian cooking. I just bought this cookbook out of curiosity because I love Italian cooking. I will be trying one of the recipes soon. It looks like an easy-to-follow book even if you cannot call yourself a chef! Just like me. ;-)

Tuna and Broccoli Quiche. Last night I made the Tuna and Broccoli Quiche. It was the BEST quiche I’ve ever had! I used a different type of cheese since I couldn’t find the Stracchino cheese and added a few chopped carrots for additional flavor. Still a wonderful recipe!

Strudel. I bought this book last week and I’ve already tried the Strudel with Tuna and Arugula Pesto. It is very easy and the great thing about it is that you can add additional ingredients, more zucchini, pine nuts, etc., and it still turns out great.
