The Twelve Books of Christmas. Another wonderful addition to the Bibliophile Mystery series. The Twelve Books of Christmas has missing books, cats, and a wonderful Scottish setting, it makes a great cozy Christmas read. I can’t wait for Brooklyn’s next adventure.

Cozy holiday story. I looooooved this 17th (how is that possible?!) installment in the Bibliophile Mysteries by Kate Carlisle. It’s a cozy mystery and this particular one is set in Scotland as Brooklyn the bookbinder tries to solve the case of twelve missing books while hanging out in a Scottish castle waiting for her friend Claire to marry the Laird. It was funny, cute, and full of Christmas cheer (as well as a Scottish holiday, Hogmanay!). Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for something cozy!

Another Mystery solved, murderers caught. I truly enjoy the Bibliophiles series. Good fun, some danger and great family involved. I do miss the love affair between Brooklyn and Derek, it’s so platonic that they are almost like brother and sister. And, this time a mystery wasn’t solved, the foreign bank account. Could have added another great zing to the story. I absolutely love Rebecca,best of the bunch. Look forward to another book.
