Rory and James. This was a very heartfelt story. I enjoyed the guys delivering these letters. So far, the series has been excellent! This one really hooked me with Rory being a single mom. Amelia is just as cute as a button. Very well planned and wonderful characters. Can’t wait for the next one. I reviewed an advanced copy of this book via BookSprout.

Love second chances. Love second chance stories and this one has an added surprise. The story was interesting from the beginning until the end, never knowing exactly what would happen next. James is in for a huge surprise that both shocked and excited him but his ,anger exploded at Rory. I love when things work out for the best but there were times I did not it would happen in this story. I loved the story and can’t wait to read the next book, definitely worth reading. Second Chance. James and Rory have a history that is not pretty and full of so much that the way they can work through everything is so impressive. There are so many moments when you have to step away because the emotions they are portraying is so full that you will be left either fanning yourself or trying not to cry.

The Cold Ride. James and Rory’s story has them meeting again after a one nighter after which he learns she was married to his commander. There was 5 men and the first books has one falling for the letter recipient. But when they get there there’s a surprise waiting that no one told him about. How will this play out. Rory and James— a heartfelt 2nd Chance Romance. James and the other 4 members of his SEAL team were tasked with one final mission for Evan, their commander, who tasked them with delivering letters to the women he had wronged. This story was a well written and heartfelt story. James, had a one night stand with James wife, only at the time she didn’t tell him she was married. She divorced Evan shortly after that night because Evan had cheated on her several times and she was done. When Rory first laid eyes on James, she fell head over heels for him. He felt the connection too, but when he discovers her deceit he hated her and never wanted to see her again. Now 9 years later, he’s delivering a letter to her from Evan and discovered another secret, Amelia, his daughter. This is a great book with all the feels, from infatuation, betrayal, anger, lust, and still a earning to be with the one you loved all these years. A great series!. I sit here kind of in awe of the author. I sit here kind of in awe that the author was able to take two themes that I normally avoid in fiction, and not only combine them into a compelling story, but also make it one I seriously loved. I was hooked on these SEALs On Wheels in the first book, and this latest one has only made me want to know even more. I found James and Rory’s story to be all about overcoming betrayal, embracing second chances, and believing in instant and lasting love. I’m not sure what kind of a twist the author has in store for us with the next book, but I can’t wait to find out. I received a complimentary copy of this book through Booksprout.
