Friends to lovers. What a delicious little nugget of a story this is! I can’t believe I missed it when it was first published, but I’m so happy to have discovered it. In Christmas in Kentbury, Claudia Burgoa sheds the angst that she is both known for an oh so good at writing for this single dad, best friend’s romance. Knightly (Lee) has loved Landon for years, but she’s ready to move on because he doesn’t feel the same. Or so she thinks. Landon has never acted on his feelings for Lee, either, and is now scrambling to keep her and tell her how he feels. Hos daughter Cassie is all for a little matchmaking, as she adores Lee as well. Can these two get out of their own way and finally confess how they feel? I’m way behind on my holiday reading, but this one hit the spot! It was the perfect treat.

So sweet!. This book was so short and sweet. Definitely has a dreamy movie like romance quality and I loved it. The characters were absolutely adorable together. They were lucky to have been best friends most of their lives ,and even with a child it was nice seeing how the fmc cared so much for her. The story was perfect and deserves 5 stars . The narration I liked the teddy was great bringing Landon to life even the female parts seemed like it was a breeze. As for the female narrator I just couldn’t take her seriously she ended each sentence kind of sing song like and i just found it not I my liking but when she did the role of Landon in her chapter I was amazed she did a wonderful job there. All in all I loved listening to this audiobook.

Brighten your day with Lee and Landon. 4.8 stars The first book in the Kentbury Tales series is a lighthearted novella that brings the holiday cheer and those warm feelings. Lee and Landon have been friends since childhood and are two peas in a pod. However, neither one has explicitly told the other his/her true feelings. As Lee realizes that she is not getting any younger, she makes some decisions to move forward and fall out of love with Landon. The chemistry between them is like a live wire about to ignite. If you are looking for a way to brighten your day and put a smile on your face, then this is the book to one-click right away.

Lovely holiday read/listen. Love this sweet, small town love story from Claudia. This is different from the other books I’ve read/listened to from her but I loved this story. This friends to lovers, single dad story will give you all the feels with the perfect touch of holiday spirit. Love the characters and their dedication to one another…although a bit stubborn - out of fear, they give into their feelings and are honest with one another which leads to a beautiful HEA. Teddy Hamilton and Muffy Newton deliver an excellent performance. I love the voice, personality and emotion they gave to each of the characters! A delightful read/listen.

Magical Story with Wonderful Characters. EBook/Audio Review: It’s the most wonderful time of the year and If you are looking for a magical read that will really put you in the mood for the upcoming holiday season look no further than Christmas in Kentbury. This is single dad Landon Miller and his 8 year old daughter Cassie and his best friend Knightley aka Lee’s journey. Teddy Hamilton and Muffy Newtown did a wonderful job bringing the characters and their magical tale to life. They were spot on with the emotions and the love and I found myself escaping to Kentbury. Lee has been there for all of Cassie’s life but she feels it’s now time to make a life for herself. So she decides to give up her B&B, walk away from the man who holds her heart and move across the pond to New York City. It seems that both Landon and Lee have been hiding their feelings so will he wake up in time and take a leap of faith, will he convince her to stay……one click now to find out. Once again Claudia Burgoa has given us another small town to fall in love with and I loved everything about Kentbury. I fell hard and fast for Landon, I wanted Lee as my new bestie and I adored Cassie but what made this a very special, magical read was the friendships and the writing. Christmas is all about family and friendships and that’s exactly what we got in this magical read.

Loved it. Having read numerous books by Claudia Burgoa I was excited to read Christmas In Kentbury which is single dad Landon Miller and Knightly (Lee) story. I love stories set around the holidays, it such a magical time of the year with family and friends coming together to celebrate. What Heath doesn’t realise is that Knightly has been in love with him for years and adores his daughter Cassie. Now she has decided to head to New York and Heath realises he will need to do anything in his power to stop her, even if it means he finally admits his true feelings. I loved this friends to lovers story and I quickly became invested in the story that Ms. Burgoa wove.
