Beautiful. Heartwarming

Enjoyable story. There were some unnecessary or unnecessarily long portions to this book which I’d prefer to skip over, and that’s why it’s 4 stars instead of 5. But altogether the story is well done with all the feels and some very steamy scenes. I wondered several times how they were going to make this work out and I love that in this genre.

The Helion and the Heartbreaker. Oceanrosebud. A beautiful love story that tears at your heart. The well developed main characters, Alec and Scarlet, are realistically portrayed. It was especially important to comprehend their views of love and life that McNare began the story when Scarlet was a child and Alec a very young Duke. The plot moves quickly and the love story carries it quickly along with twists that will capture your heart. Another wonderful novel by McNare that will be difficult to put down. A terrific read for every true romantic!

Awesome. I love all her stories. She takes you away to another time.

Great beginning. Hated it afterwards. I loved this book until it all went downhill. I couldn't get back the same interest. It just wasn't the same after. I hated him afterwards, especially having been with other women after her. I only finished reading it because I was already vested in it. The first part was just awesome. Hated the rest of it. Like really hated it.

Romantically Challenged. I loved this story. It has all the components of a wonderful romance. The storyline was well plotted and the characters were fully developed. I look forward to reading more from this author.

Most excellent stort. This story made you feel like you were living the characters. A great story. I Loved every minute of this book.

Decent. As far as self-published books go, this one isn't too bad. The storyline is actually engaging, and the characters well-developed. This story needs a fair amount of proofreading, though, by someone with firm knowledge of grammar, to fix - among other things - the numerous issues with clauses of various kinds & their lack of commas.

Great story, needs proofreading. The story line was very interesting and fun to read, but the errors using commas and hyphens were on almost every page. This made reading the story difficult for me as I find errors distracting and this book had more mistakes than I have ever seen in a published work. It also needed a fact checker as in the story they were hunting turkeys, native to North America, in England. It would have gotten five stars except for the hundreds of errors.

Delightfully regency. Loved the storyline and the strong minded characters. The family trait of her elder brothers looking out for their very wilful sister. Yet didn’t realise what was going on right under their very aristocratic noses. I enjoyed my romp through the English countryside and the very proper London Ton. For those who love regency romance, read this one, you will not be disappointed.👍👍👍

Beautiful. Very well written and very well executed. I would've loved it more if there was a bit more story telling on their actual make up. Especially when Alec found out his own true feelings. Maybe a bit more grovelling perhaps ahaha. But overall..it was a beautiful story :)
