Steed’s return makes her heartache and despair feel as fresh as they were 10 years ago and it also forces Steed to truly understand just how much they lost when she sent him away and he never came back. But one thing readers will come to see about Steed is that he’s tenacious when he wants something and because Paxton is his everything, he’ll prove to her that she can trust him to handle her heart with care and build a life together that’s even better than the one they planned for when they were in high school. Lost Love is my favorite Kelly Elliott book to date. Elliott always tells her stories in a way that allows her readers to feel EVERYTHING that her main characters feel, and that still holds true in Paxton and Steed’s story, but she seems to go even deeper in illustrating Paxton and Steed’s emotions and the people they become after walking out of each other’s lives, and as Elliott takes readers on the couple’s new journey, it’s clear what’s at stake for everyone involved in their lives and how forgiving one another for their past misdeeds will give them a fighting chance at a happily ever after. I'm a sucker for a second chance romance story, and Lost Love by Kelly Elliott is a definite must read! And it was SO Worth. The. Wait! I love every single one of this authors' books; and once again, she did not disappoint! If you like cowboys and second-chance romance, then this book is for you! Now I'm anxiously/impatiently waiting for the second book in the series!!

Amazing. I loved this book from start to finish. I laughed, I cried, I cheered and held my breath through every major hurdle. The words leapt off the pages. I can’t wait to read the next one!

Texas, small town... family ranch... cowboys... southern traditions.. love... life... this story will have you smiling throughout the entire book, the characters are beautiful and you’ll enjoy getting to know each and everyone of them.. along with wanting to be apart of their family! Life is all about life changing moments and how you react to them... will one unexpected surprise cause Steed and Paxton to be apart forever or will they allow destiny to bring them together!

I don’t honestly know what else to say about the man. He is absolutely perfect. From his gorgeous bod, to his warm heart, and his incredible soul…the man is truly dreamy. Yeah, he made some bad choices back in the day, but he has more than paid the price for those mistakes. When he comes back home to his family, the real fight of his life begins. He is determined to win back the heart of the girl he left behind, and will stop at nothing to make it happen. Paxton Monroe is the epitome of a wholesome, beautiful, small town girl. She is sweet as candy, kind, gorgeous, and has a heart the size of Texas. Completely devastated when Steed left her, she never truly got over the betrayal. Oh the feels they made me feel! They were so genuine and real, with depth and an authenticity that shone through. Even the supporting characters had something special, and made me want to be a part of their world. Ms. Elliott was able to build a family, a town, and a world that was truly captivating. It was a slow build, a wonderful anticipation, and a deep longing. The plot and storyline were breathtaking, heartbreaking, and wonderful. There were small twists, little turns, and off shoots of the original storyline that kept you wondering. My one regret is that most of these side stories never went anywhere or received a resolution. The cover of this book is all kinds of hot, and the blurb gives you a small taste of what you will get inside. I was hoping to see the new family, birth of the son, Chloe getting a brother, and the birth of their first child together. “How is that you didn’t want our baby, yet you wanted the baby you had with a woman you didn’t even love?” Paxton asked the very question I was wondering! Steed literally rejected his own blood with the woman he claimed to love. Yet steed could accept a child with his wife he didn’t love! A Favorite!. Such an emotional and sweet story. The characters were so REAL!!! I loved Paxton, Steed and, of course, Steed’s daughter. I’ll read this one again and again.

Lost Love. A romantic and sexy story that captures your attention and keeps it throughout! The Parker brothers are a group of men everyone will want to follow - I cannot wait to read each one of their stories and watch them be captured by true loves! The settings and events draw the reader in and will make every woman want to live in a small Texas town and find a cowboy of her own.
