Enjoyed this book, want to read more. At first I was unsure what I would think of my best friend’s dad by Amy Brent. I find I’m a sucker for the younger woman, older man trope. I thought it was very good, and the story pulled me in. When book one ended, I was a little surprised, disappointed, and definitely can’t wait to read more.

The characters are well developed but they weren’t overdeveloped, if you know what I mean. I can’t wait to read the rest of this series!
