Totally lame. Not a novel, it's a character list disguised as a book to tricks fans of the series into dropping some coin

Lazy writing,. Total waste of money, this is not a story. It gives a brief description of each character. Total garbage, lazy, all too easy wrap up.

Not cool. The events in this book should have been covered under Dead Ever After.

Cute Stories But Not Worth the Price. I enjoyed the little short stories on the characters, but it wasn’t worth the price. It only took 30 minutes to read the whole book.

Cute. I actually liked it. Yes, it’s not lengthy but a nice recap and I liked cute artsy pictures. Just sad to say goodbye to all :)

Too short. Very short paragraphs. Nice to wrap up the story, but expensive for content.

After Dead. I am really disappointed, I expected so much more! These are just short blurbs about each character (some only a sentence long), many of which I don't even remember who they were in the series. I would have been happier making up my own endings for the characters I loved from the series. This should have been half as long and cost about $1.99! What a ripoff!

So disappointed!. Really? Paid eleven bucks for that? I could've, and should've written this. Charlaine, shame on you!

Save your money. I hated the last book but this is even more pointless. I had hoped that there would be more of a closure for Sookie and Eric as I cannot really see him letting go of Sookie so easily, and moving on with the Queen of OK, he HATED her! She was the reason for the loss of the love of his undead life. And I cannot see Sookie with Sam at all, in that last book she treated him more like a booty call then a possible long-term love interest. I used to love Harris but her plotless and terible writing of these last few books in the Stackhouse world have just turned me off of her for good.

Horrible! Super disappointing. This has got to be a joke ... I loved this author for years and this book is a farce ... Can not believe they actually charge for this It isn't even a 1- star

Don't purchase. Should have paid attention to the reviews! It took 10 min to read thru the main characters!! What a joke.

You don’t “contract” lupus. Honestly, this is a cute and gullet totally innocuous (if somewhat unnecessary) book for those who need more Sookie except for one terrible and totally unnecessary sentence. It is so massively unkind and dangerous to act like autoimmune diseases are contagious. It’s just one completely unnecessary sentence. Lupus is not contagious and should not be associated with prisons. I have had SLE for decades. It’s always hurtful when people are nervous that they will catch it. You won’t. Nor can you catch Hashimoto’s, rheumatoid arthritis, or any autoimmune disorder. Please authors, if you are going to include a serious illness in your books, have the courtesy to look up information before increasing stigma about an already difficult condition.

Not good. I gave it one star because I had to. This is not a book. It's a paragraph for each character. Even the tiny ones you don't remember or care about. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Ugh!. This is not what expected!

Can't wait!. I'm sure this will be another 5 star novel by Charlaine! I loved all the books and was devastated when the series ended! I love the show, but these books were the best for me! I loved them almost as much as I loved Harry Potter:) I loved the last line in Dead ever After!

Disappointed. Seriously though, what’s the deal with Quinn’s?!?! Unacceptable and highly disappointing - the entire “book.”

So Not Worth It !!!!!!!. My title should say it all.....don't even bother to buy this. I am thoroughly disappointed in Ms. Harris, this was not what we the fans deserved as a final ending. After sticking by the series and the TV show, I really did expect much more.

Seriously disappointed. I was seriously disappointed with the way the series ended and this is the topper. 👎👎

No real new updates!. Very Short updates about your favorite characters. A real after thought by the author that probably took less than a day to write. Updates by fans would be more entertaining! To Summarize "a whole lot of nothing" as Sookie might say.

Waste of money!. This shouldn't even be rated 1 star! To charge $10 for this is ridiculous. There is very little detail about even the main characters. Don't waste your money!

Save your money. $10 for a fifteen minute read about where the characters ended up? Use your imagination, instead of succumbing to this blatantly low effort cash-grab like I did.

Shame on Ms.Harris!. Is she so desperate to make money, that she would throw something this ridiculous at her faithful readers? This was a complete loss of 30 good minutes of my time and my $10. Don't waste your time!

Disappointed. I wish I could have my 9.99 back. This took me about 15 minutes to read and wasn't what I expected. Although I'm glad Sam and Sookie are together and happy the rest was crap.

Horrible. This book was completely unworthy of the money spent and the time it took to read it.

Not worth it. I thought this was going to be a bit more in depth, but it took an hour to read and didn't have much substance.

So dissapointed. I love all of her books, I love True Blood, but, I hated this book. The format was weird and I felt cheated with the content. I guess charlaine can’t win them all. I would like a refund!

Not worth it!. I loved the series, however was severely disappointed with this "book". It literally took me 10 minutes to read ...not worth $10

Waste of money!!!!!!. I absolutely loved the Sookie Stackhouse novels, so I was quite disappointed by this "novel". It doesn't even read like a book. It's just a few words written about each character on a page!!! I paid $9.99 for that? Don't waste your money. This is worth about $2.00. I feel totally scammed.

And I thought the last one was bad!. It is obvious that she didn't want to write this book or the last one for that matter. Instead of caving in to readers request, or more likely her contract with the publisher, she should have let it be. This book summarizes the lives of characters that weren't even essential in the first place. Save your money, unless you want to waste five minutes of your time on this terrible "book".

After dead. Can't wait for the book !!!

After dead. Shame on the author for charging for this book. She should have put this at the end of the last book. Very disappointed and will think twice before buying anything else she writes. Rip off for sure. Shame on me for not reading reviews before buying.

Another one , what a waste. Huh ! After the fiasco of dead ever after this series and this Author is dead as a door nail she went from dead to worse with to many bloody returns this series are not only dead by day they are all together dead , dead and gone please stay dead to the world ... See at least her titles are spot on

Terrible. The only reason this can be advertised as having so many pages- there are about 3 sentences per page! Over half of the characters I don't remember, would it be too tedious to add ONE more sentence to each page, reminding me who each character is?

One page? Can that be right?. Seems weird to me although I'm extremely excited to read this....

Waste of money. The author should be ashamed to charge for this "book" after being supported by Sookie fans for so long. Most characters futures are described as "continued to have many adventures" that's it. Seriously, the rest of the page is empty. Even the main characters (Sookie, Eric and Bill only get 2 pages and a carton. Pathetic excuse for a "book" Seriously DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK.

Rushed. Eric and Sookie's relationship was several books long and it's hard to believe he ended it so quickly. Sam and Sookie's relationship seems like it was overnight, which is hard to believe. The Sookie from the previous books wouldn't have jumped so quickly from Eric to Sam. Sookie and Eric definitely needed more closure.

Disappointed. This book should not have been $10!!! I read it in 30 minutes!

Complete disappointment. I cannot believe I just paid $11 for short paragraphs that left me disappointed on what happened to the characters. Complete disappointment- I have read all the books and watched Truebood, this was a complete waste of time and money!

Review. Complete waste of money. Very little information about the characters

Dead Ever After. With all due respects for ur fine work in the past, at 10.99 this book was a ripoff!!! No story just an alphabetical list of characters some of whom u can’t even remember, with little short notes as to how their lives went on and ended!!! Even the main characters were cut short! While Sookie ending up with San wasn’t a surprise, it was a disappointment to me. And Eric staying with Freyda ridiculous!i think u should have left it alone Ms Harris after the other book and let everyone imaging their own perfect ending. Such a shame after all the great books in this series that came before.

DO NOT BUY. I have never written a review on here but I felt people should be warned on this one. HORRIBLE. This was the biggest waste of money. A toddler could have put these so called endings together. Pretty sure the author is just trying to squeeze one last pay day out of her fans. I guarantee she wrote this in a day knowing the fans would buy it because of the association. I promise you it is that bad.

Satisfying... Almost ;). Harris's final...final...maybe(?) book in the Stackhouse series is really more of an encyclopaedia or annotated bibliography than anything else. Full of short quips and blurbs on each of the characters (in alphabetical order), Harris does a good job of tying up some loose ends and answering questions remaining for the series. In many cases, even the most vigilant reader will have a tough time remembering who some of these characters were (or, often, how they were injured), but it's nice to have the information... Re-readers will enjoy using this text if they ever return to the series. For several entries, Harris clearly leaves a door open for possible semi-sequels. Several key characters (e.g. Quinn, for one) are given a "had many more adventures" or "maybe we'll learn of their adventures" entry... Which poses the question: will Harris return to the supernatural alternate universe one day? Perhaps. Readers looking for a post-series resurrection of the Bill-Sookie or Eric-Sookie love will be sadly disappointed. Harris was clear in post-"Dead Ever After" interviews (despite varying degrees of chagrin and outrage from avid readers) that she was set on giving Sookie her happily ever after with Sam... And she elaborates on the context of that ever after here. The fast read (took me 30 minutes tops) is well written and a sweet send-off to the series. Avid fans- recommended. For readers looking for a new story or a change of ending... Or for those who just want to know about Sookie or Eric, I suggest skipping the purchase and waiting for someone to update Wikipedia. Happy reading!

Wasting time?. Normally I'd be first in line to throw my money for one of her books. I read the preview after hearing many bad reviews on Facebook. No way should she charge $9 for an ebook that is so short. My 6 year old could write a longer more riveting book. If it could be no stars it would be.

That's it?!. I was really disappointed in this book. I was hoping there would be more than a paragraph about each character - for some characters it was only a sentence. Definitely not work the money or time.

Not worth $10.99!!. I cannot believe I paid so much for this book! I'm so disappointed and would definitely never have done so if I knew. My poor choice but shame on the author and the publishers for charging $10.99 for this book!! This should have been a short story option for under $5
