It was great for kids. This book would be great for children, basically.

beautiful story. this story really highlights how to not judge a book by its cover.

My Theory:. I'm aware that this isn't the point of the book 📖, but my theory is that perhaps the duck family was part swan 🦢 to a certain degree way back somewhere in their blood 💉 line and it became a really recessive gene in their 🧬 that produces 1 Swan 🦢 egg 🥚 that skips every 5 generations ever since. We know he wasn't adopted so there's no other explanation for him to be a different bird 🐦 than the rest of his family. It also would have been nice if he got reunited back with the family he was born into after the end.

Bad font style and color choice. Hard time reading with colorful fonts. And font style is bad for kids to make out the letters.. Cool drawings though.

Great story but the text is hard to read. The text is sometimes difficult to read but other than that it's a good story book. My kids loved it.

Victoria fortes. I hate that he is ugly when he was born but I love how he looked when he was older I don’t care if it is ugly or not I also love how the children laugh

Spelling and grammatical errors. This particular book by Lesky has a number of typos/errors not related to style, but to spelling and grammar. (These are also found in Lesky's, "Little Red Riding Hood," which I also do not recommend for that reason.) However, these errors are thankfully not found in a couple of other books by Lesky: "Thumbelina" and "The Three Little Pigs."

Grammatical Errors & No Details. This is the original story however they left out a lot of details. There are so many big words that it isn’t even kid friendly. It’s like a more advanced adult version of the book. There are also a lot of grammatical errors which makes it kind of unpleasant to read, too.

The ugly duck. This book was so emotional for me even tho I’m older but it’s a little sad seeing those other ducks picking on him.

This book is bad.. This book consists of spam 5 star reviews, trashy fonts and stolen art. This book is not even worth it's free price. I should've been paid 5 dollars to read this. Don't get it.

I love this.
