What’s Left of Me. The upfront truth in this book about the life altering affects of a cancer diagnosis is compelling. As one who has had such a diagnosis, I became engrossed in the story from a different perspective and totally empathized with Aundrea and how she faced her future. I cannot wait to finish the book to see how the characters from a personal and family dynamic persevere. A Good Book for a Weekend Afternoon. The writing is easy to follow and it doesn’t take long to get interested in the story and the characters. It’s nice to read a romance novel with some real life issues and intricacies woven into the story. A lot of the cancer-related subject matter is incredibly believable and well-researched. At a few points I wondered if the author had gone through chemo/radiation or if someone close to her had because of the details provided.

Couldn’t sleep or do anything till i finished it. Omg omg if i thought i died in the first book , i had it coming for this one ! From the prologue i was a ball of nerves and could feel my heart beating but i just couldn’t do anything so i just kept reading and reading ! This was a book that made me cry, laugh and think about stuff ! Good one!

Best novel yet!. I literally could not put this book down. I read it in a full day. I can’t wait to see what happens next and how the story will go from here. This was by far one of my favorite books to read. This book was also beautifully written.

Based on the preview.... This book gives an interesting insight into the thoughts of a cancer patient and her journey to seek normalcy. She stumbles upon romance which she seems to need more than she realizes.

Breath taking. I’m literally speechless, i love the way amanda maxlyn gives details about the whole cancer procedure, the description of Aundrea’s feelings and thoughts made me feel everything a cancer patient feels. I cried my heart out whenever Aundrea cried And let’s not forget how amusing and breath taking is the love she share with Parker.I’ve learned a lot through this book and most importantly i enjoyed it more than anything else. This book has definitely made its way right to the top of my favorite book list 😍😍😍

I love it the fact that even though Aundrea has a cancer, she didn’t live with it like she would just enjoy her remaining life. She’s such a very strong and independent character that gives the vibes of not giving up to all the problems in life she’s pacing. And Parker, he’s just the perfect guy in this novel. The fact that he is so cheeky and gorgeous made me love this novel so much. His personality is just to die for. I love how they interacts with each other. They’re both so funny!

I cried a lot, but still this book gave me an outlet away for a bit to not over thank the battle we both were fighting.. I came back to read it again because it is such an amazing story.. and I love how Parker sets her on fire with his smile.. I miss innocence love like that..

I would read it when I first woke up, at work on my lunch breaks, at night in my bath, in bed while my husband kept me awake with his snoring, I just read. This book is chock full of emotion that I could relate to and the scenarios because of friends with similar illnesses, so I felt like I was going through the journey with them. Heart wrenchingly beautiful. This book ripped my heart out, destroyed it and put it back together. The emotions that come off the pages are beautiful and the story draws you in until you are completely invested in each and every character.
