Bad. I paid for the book and I can only read chapter 2

It was ok. I guess my expectations were way too high but I really did not care for this book. Subject matter was great but the way it was executed was very confusing. I could not connect with the main character at all. I read this book in a matter of hours and I still cannot tell you much about him. He supposedly had a girlfriend at first but apparently they broke up and we don't see how or when. He just happened to mention it in his journal. We don't really get a solution to the problems he was having with his mother. It just seemed so rushed. Like I said, the subject matter was great, but I wish it was a little more detailed and polished.

Glimpse Of Truth. Had a few continuity issues with the phones thing, but overall I felt this was a glimpse into some truth for some folks. Shared history Cultural understanding Love Complicated love Parental angst Family vs Tribe vs acceptance I loved it & saw myself in all of the characters…especially SJ who “hates injustice of any kind”

Stone could’ve gave a little more.. I loved the overall message that was portrayed through out the storyline but, I wish stone would’ve dove deeper. We don’t know much about the Justyce so, the book started to get boring but, I finished it anyway. I’m going to read Dear Justyce to see if that better.

Amazing. So much emotion packed in this small book.

love it. i love this book. i’m not much of a reader anymore but this is really getting me back into the groove. i was reading this for my english class and i got hooked instantly. finished in two days !

This needs to be made into a movie!. Five VERY WELL DESERVED STARS! This book was phenomenal. Just phenomenal. Not only was the writing sooo good, the plot was the most original one I've read in a LONG while. The messages and gems throughout the book are some that will stay with me for a long, long time...maybe even forever. I cannot wait to read another Nic Stone book! Also, we need this book adapted into a movie ASAP!
