Excellent for female college population. Recommend for new college graduates
Eh. I love Eboni K. Williams, however I was disappointed in the book. It felt more like an ode to Fox News and the women who work there. She barely mentioned race which is a huge issue as for black women the presentation factor means how close you are able to align with what is acceptable in white culture. For example in many work places locks or natural hair is considered “unprofessional” which is just subtle racism. It just appears she pledges a huge allegiance to Fox News, their anchors/contributors and is getting their opinion on how we should present ourselves? I’m turned off. I still love Eboni but not this book
