Great novel to escape with. I loved this story! I appreciated getting a sneak peek at the torture and torment our favorite writers likely experience as they knit words together to reveal their vision. Real characters facing real challenges. I could relate on several levels.
Heartwarming read. I needed something uplifting and this book did the trick. I truly enjoyed this feel good read.

Disappointing. I really wanted to like this book, but the last 1/3 of the book was valid and contrite.
Ghastly characters. The main character is a jerk & so is her family, even until the end. Why she stayed friends with her is beyond me.
Wonderful book. Nancy Thayer book seem to always pull me in & I wind up reading late, late, & later. I just simply cannot put them down. Yes, this is a HEA, but much more than the romance, it’s a story of deep friendship with all of the ups & downs that life can bring for ourselves & for our friends. You don’t want to miss reading this one.
