Above the Waves. Oh man, the saga continues and it’s more personal than ever for Macy! I really need Under the Ice to come out and see how she is able to defeat her new enemies, I really really want Macy to have that HEA after everything she’s been thru, but I think this newest threat is a doozy on a very personal level and I’m so glad that she has her five guys with her to help and support her thru this. Macey’s Claim. ***1/2 stars- Macey’s brothers Bruce and Jerry are heirs to the throne. Are they really the best ones to rule the Kelpie world? The kingdom is divided on who is best to rule. Macey does not want to be queen. Does Macey even have a chance of inheriting the throne? Macey is not the old king’s actual daughter. She is the daughter of Nessie and Jonas. Jonas was a warden. It would seem she does not have a claim to the throne or to royalty. Macey is having issues controlling her anger. Is it really her fault? Is someone or something causing her anger issues. Macey with the help of her men will defeat the anger problem. This is the fifth book in the Warden series. Macey has evolved over time. She is becoming a strong and independent leader. Her men are great supporting characters. Has she found all the men she is meant to have? Luc is a great addition to her harem. There is quite a bit of action to keep you turning the pages. Excellent Story! Love this Series. Above the Waves is the fifth book in the Seven Wardens series. This is not a standalone and should not be read if you haven't read the first four books in the series, you'll be missing too much info on what's happening in the series. This review assumes you're read all of the books so it will contain spoilers for books 1-4. I seriously love this series. The Warden's storyline is gripping and well written. The heat and steam between Macey and her men is great and I love that it’s there but it's not the focal point of the whole book. It really hits on the relationships of the seven wardens and how important they are. This book picks up where book four left off. Macey now has the power of all the elements, the Mahoun has been banished, Macey is recovering with help other men and they still need to defeat the rest of the Mahoun's siblings. So just another day in the life of being one of the seven wardens. Maybe Macey will finally get her waffles. Awesome book! Can't wait to read book six. Waffles!. Macey and her guys are back. The story starts out with a bang and just keeps going. There’s humor, hearbreak, romance, and waffles! This series is a wild roller coaster ride and I just want it to keep going :)

Internal Battles and Civil War. The battles in this book weren’t as epic, but they still almost killed Marcy! With another addition to their group, the bedroom action is heating up too. I really like the little recaps at the start of each book; they’re concise but also irreverent. This is an epic series that doesn’t take itself too seriously and I’m loving that!

To be a Queen or not to be. Macey has another fight against the blobs, but this time one has her. She almost loses one of her men and things get dicey. She must also decide if she will take in the mantle of Queen. However her brothers have a surprise in store for her. There was a lot of adventure and fighting in this story and finally waffles.
