Must read.. I always love to read this kind of military man and women, it helps me understand and love them more than I already love ❤️, thank you Dale Mayer, you are one of the most authors that I love to read.

Hathaway House - Aaron. Wow - talk about an attention getter. Once you start you can’t stop reading. I do not know The Who, what when or how you got your research information. Very riveting read, thank you.

Good read, but over simplistic. It is a really good premise, but it is so overly simplistic. It deals with such a serious issue, our veterans coming home with serious injuries that have forever changed their lives. But, in this book, things just miraculously turn around almost on a dime. I wish the author had gone deeper into the trauma & not been as concerned with getting to the HEA so quickly.

Hathaway House: Aaron (The Quest of Accepting Help). Hathaway House -- a specialized place geared to help the wounded veteran recover and heal from injuries of the body and soul. A place which also helps abused and injured animals heal and find trust. Aaron is a SEAL who was injured on duty and now the healing process is slow, the anger deep seated, his focus clouded. Dani is a friend from his past, his past which includes his brother Levi. Through the determination of Dani and members of the Hathaway House staff, and through the magic of the animals, Aaron learns to release and to look forward. A powerful book, a book for all ages. I thought the K9 Files series was great (cheering out loud series), Heroes for Hire and SEALS of Honor were major page turners, but this is a wonderfully unique series and one I look eagerly for the next installment. Very inspiring. Fantastic read. I loved the story and the characters. This is a good inspirational reminder that you can reinvent yourself through tragedy.

Boring. too short of the story and the pages

Aaron, Hathaway House. A wonderful, emotional story about over coming trials of Veterans, wounded warriors, and coming out a winner. True love concurs all. I just don’t like the vulgar language.

Aaron: A Hathaway House Heartwarming. I received a complimentary copy of this book and I also purchased a copy. This was a delightful heartwarming story. I look forward to more of Hathaway House. The place where veterans go for a chance to heal. I have adored the different series that Ms. Mayer writes. I wasn't sure how I would feel about this type of story from her. I shouldn't have doubted her. The story flowed beautifully and I read it in one sitting. I adored Aaron (he is related to one of my favorite characters!!!) My heart ached for the trauma that Aaron suffered at the hands of his best friend. Losing a leg, injuring his back and losing his career in the military was a lot for this man to have gone through. Getting a glimpse into his POV really helped to connect to this wounded man. To fully understand his ordeal and humanize the character, it was a must. The dual POV format is a great way to get closer to these characters. That is why I love books. It is hard to really connect to a character on TV or in the movies as we don't get the inside scoop of the character. I highly recommend this sweet clean romance to anyone.

Loved this start of a new series. I have loved this authors books from Seals of Honour, heroes for hire, seals of steel and the K9 files, so when I found out about this series I thought yes and I wasn’t disappointed at all. This one features Levi’s brother, Aaron and boy did we get a huge story. Dani was friends with Levi and Aaron as youngsters but as Aaron’s life seemed to be falling apart he joined the military through a betrayal, it left him with back injuries and missing a limb. Dani owns Hathaway house with her dad and they try to put back together injured men and animals. With a budding relationship between Dani and Aaron will it last or will Aaron’s anger get the best of him. A fantastic read. Loved it so much and I can’t wait for the next book to come out.

Aaron A Hathaway House Heartwarming Romance. I have got to say that this is a terrific start to what I hope will be a long and successful series. Aaron is sent to Hathaway House to recover from his serious injuries caused in Afghanistan. He is full of bitterness and anger but is surprised to find that an old friend Dani is in charge of the centre. How he recovers and how his relationship with Dani develops is written with great empathy and skill to make this an exceptionally entertaining and excellent story which I thoroughly enjoyed.
