Nice quick read!. Nice quick read. Loved the relationship between Rian and Dylan. Nothing earth shattering about this book but a simple roommates-to-lovers book. Enjoyed it for what it was!

Love this series. Yes! I was waiting for Dylan and Rian's story! We get hints about the relationship between the two of them in the previous books but now we get them front and center! It was swoony and steamy and everything perfect in a Piper Rayne story. Dylan and Rian's chemistry and relationship burned up the pages with heart and heat.  I was swoony to read their vulnerabilities and how they are finally upfront and truthful about their feelings for each other. Both Rian and Dylan's backstories are both heartbreaking and sad. But to see both of them overcome that and make something of their futures and what they are passionate about was lovely to read. I loved the introduction to a new roommate! I can't wait to read their story soon.

Funny and really good story.. Dylan and Jax’s rivalry was entertaining and proves just how petty men can be as much as women are. Dylan was fighting his attraction so hard and when Jax would purposely get under his skin would make me laugh. Entertaining book.

Entertaining romance. Enjoyed the interaction between Dylan and Rian. The conversations and interactions between the them and their friends made me smile often and sometimes giggle out loud.

Dylan & Rian forever!. Dylan stole my heart! Hands down it’s one of my favorite books to read!

Threes Company?. This is the third book in the Rooftop Crew series centering around a group of friends in Upstate New York. In the first two books, Rian has an obvious unrequited crush on Dylan. When Dylan’s formal friend, now frenemy, Jax moves in with Rian, Dylan also moves in to “protect” her. Will Rian finally move on from Dylan and onto new bad boy Jax? And will Dylan finally realize what is right in front of him before it is too late? Great read, wonderful characters. I received an ARC of this book from the author for my honest review.

Loved it. This is the third book in the latest series from Piper Rayne and is Dylan Phillips and Rian Wright’s story. I have been looking forward to their story and I was not disappointed; a friends to lovers story that ticked the boxes for me. Whenever I see the name Piper Rayne, I know I am in for an entertaining read and The Rival Roomies was no exception. From the first to the last chapter, I was hooked and had a hard time putting it down when real life got in the way. When Rian is left as the sole occupant of a 3 bedroom apartment, she needs roommates in a hurry. First Jax moves in , then Dylan. The only problem is she has been infatuated by Dylan for a long time but knows she has no chance with the tattooed motorcycle rider. Rian is so outgoing and friendly, you cannot help but like her, whilst Dylan is mysterious, hiding secrets . Personally if I had to chose one of the crew to fall for I think it would by Dylan, there is something about the tattoo artist that attracts me. There were plenty of fun, laugh out loud moments, romance and the build up of tension between the room mates added an extra level to this story. It was also great to see the other members of The Rooftop Crew make an appearance and I am excited to see whose story is next.

Entertaining. Book 3 in The Rooftop Crew and Dylan and Rian’s story is a great addition to this wonderful series. In The Rival Roomies we not only get Dylan Phillips and Rian Wright’s story we also get to met Jax Owens a man from Dylan’s past. This couple couldn’t be more opposite, Dylan is the tattooed biker bad boy who owns and runs Ink Envy and Rian is the shy, cute and innocent girl who writes maths book by day and enjoys baking by night. Dylan may have his sights set on Rian but showing her how he feels is proving extremely difficult, even more so because Jax Owens is now rooming in the house with them. Jax used to be Dylan’s best friend but a falling out has left the pair hardly talking and Dylan fears Jax will win Rian over before he gets the chance to tell her how he feels..... This is an entertaining witty read which has the perfect mix of romance, banter and just a hint of angst, it’s a story that ticked all my boxes, it was great to meet new characters as well as catching up with old favourites, I laughed, I sighed and I smiled a lot throughout this great read. A perfect addition to the series and I highly recommend it to all romance lovers.

Thumbs up. Love the story of Dylan and Rian. Lot of funny moments when Seth is involved. Can’t wait to read about Seth’s story.

Love it !. I loved it ! Love the whole crew and makes me want to read all of their stories, well written and hot but not obscene ! Looking for Jax story next !
