Great story. I like when the resolution is not on the very last page of the book. Just love the characters and setting.
Dogs are my favorite people. This book is sooo good, especially if you believe dogs are really 4 legged people. My 2 4-legged kids are not brave search and rescue dogs but the love that exists between characters in this book really hits home. Have already purchased the next book after having finished reading the first three.
Enjoyable. In THE HIDING PLACE, interesting characters, a compelling mystery, and an abundance of animals make for an enjoyable read. I'm looking forward to future books in this series. Disclosure: I received a free copy of this book.
