This book is a mix of personal experience and self-help. It is one woman's history of living with anxiety and then panic attacks for many years. Ellen Dean tells how she researched back through her life and found the reason why she suffered these debilitating symptoms, and what she has done to alleviate them. In this book she shares her findings in the hope it may help you or someone close to you.

Are you or someone you know suffering from an inner ear disorder? Maybe Migraine Associated Vertigo, Labyrinthitis, MdDS (Mal de Debarquement Syndrome), Vestibular Migraine (with or without the headache), Vestibular Neuritis, PPPD (Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness), or a shortened Sternocleidomastoid muscle etc. Did you know that anxiety and panic attacks can stem from having a vestibular disorder?
