Not what I expected. Too long, ending was blah.to many details.

Love battle! Fun read!. A story with Wonderful characters. James just inherited a title, he is now a Duke. Life altering! His friends now treat him differently, his London house is a disaster, the previous Duke was hoarder. One can even walk into a room. There is one person that can help him, Cecelia the Queen of organization. Cecelia has known James since she was 8 years old and in love with him at least the last 7 years. When approached to clean out the Tereford House she decided she will not be used and refuses to help. James in his typical arrogant way decides if he marries her then she would have no choice. Love the battle between the two. Fun read, really a page turner. I am voluntarily posting an honest review after reading an Advance Reader Copy of this story.

Duke who loved me. A good story with well-developed characters and good proofreading! Nice that it does not quite follow the current formula for romance novels. Enjoyed James’s self examination (tho not preachy) into a worthwhile and engaging man.

Ending is a bit boring. The book is very cute and will definitely have you wanting to turn the pages. However the ending is not very satisfying.

The Duke Who Loved Me. Wow! I wish at least one reviewer had been honest about the really abrupt ending (if you can even call it an ending) and the rolling right over into the next book in the series. For a fee of course. The story had potential but the opportunity was squandered. After two characters in the book were married it started falling apart rapidly. Add the abrupt ending and the author should have ended the whole thing right after the wedding imo. This would have been a much kinder review if not for the “end”.
