Fantastic Book. I devoured How To Save A Life within a matter of hours. It’s so heartfelt and not only is the storyline realistic and relatable, but so are the characters. Riley’s character appealed to me immediately with her smart, no nonsense and tough as nails personality and excellent work ethic. And her loyalty to her family and friends is extremely admirable. She and Jordan are an unlikely couple who met my chance, they’re complete opposites in every way however, you can definitely feel their spark and connection. Jordan is a beautiful and complicated man with a sincere heart and once his walls were broken, I knew he was going to do good things. Due to certain events, Jordan is now the care taker of his two year old goddaughter, Maisie. His love for baby Maisie and his interactions with her just made my ovaries explode. She certainly was such a pleasant and sweet addition to this story. If you’re in the mood for a feel good down to earth romance with funny, witty and emotional moments, then this is definitely the book for you. And I would love it if Ms. Dangelico would write a book about Beau (Jordan’s brother) and Veronica (Riley’s saucy, sassy and amazing best friend).

A must read. P. Dangelico has an amazing ability to build you up with witty, yet angsty, books that are incredible slow burns. This book, gah, hit me right in all the feels and I loved the relationship between not only the two main characters but the side characters that you wanted to hate but could only love. This book is about love and loss and how external factors can either lead you down a dark path or set sunshine down for you to follow. A must read!

Entertaining. I have only read a few books by P. Dangelico, but as I found previously, this was a well written story with characters that were easy to relate too. This is Riley James and Jordan West’s story and it was an entertaining read. This was at times an emotional read as the walls that both Riley and Jordan have surrounded themselves with start to crumble. It’s a slow burn romance that ticked a lot of boxes for me. Although this was a steamy read it is the romance and love that build between them that really drew me in. The story flowed well and kept me invested from the first chapter to the last. The tension that builds between Jordan and Riley was intense and their banter witty. There was some drama, angst, twist and turns and as I said it was emotional at times. Little Maisie almost stole the show, such a cutie.

Great Read. 4.5 Stars for How to Save a Life This author is fairly new to me but with each book I read I find myself wanting more so I guess it’s time for me to check out other works by the very talented Ms Dangelico. This is Jordan West and Riley James story and it’s a entertaining, emotional, sweet yet steamy tale that I’m sure will have all the feels you want and expect in a great read. Riley is a strong, Independent woman who loves to give, she gets enjoyment out of helping others and she jumps at the opportunity of working for Jordan. Jordan likes to keep himself to himself because his life revolves around his adorable toddler Maisie. This is an opposite attracts, slow burn romance that will appeal to a wide range of audiences and I highly recommend it to all romance lovers. The characters are easy to like and relate to, the story is beautifully written, the banter is witty but it’s Maisie and her classic one liners that take this book to another level. All the fells and another great read from this very talented author.
