Not up to what’s expected. I have been a long time fan of Kellerman, this book was a huge disappointment. It starts slow and never picks up. The main character Clay is made to seem like a worrying grandmother and the story is never truly developed and seems rushed at the very end to make sense of the whole book. I believe this book instead of adding to what was a good series more effectively kills it.
Not my favorite. I’ve read the series. This one seems a bit off. There’s too much filler. It also seems like, to me, the writing found a way to insert profanities wherever possible.
Dreadful writing. Overblown descriptions, and fundamentally boring characters. Add to that a non-plot and you have a complete waste of money. I’m done with Kellerman.
