Well done!. Well done, Ms Babylon! -another peek at a Le Rosey boarding school graduate. Jericho Parr and his business partners make an outrageous drunken bet with The Shark, a fellow boarding school graduate. His attempt to win that bet and save their company, brings him to Newcastle Golf Club and its assistant golf pro, Tiffany Jones. No spoilers here, so you will have to read to see how their semi- adversarial relationship unfolds. What really interested me was the very personal look at systemic racism that Jericho witnesses first hand through Tiffany. She is black, she is female and she is not wealthy. He is white, male, rich and shocked by what he witnesses. A great and timely read! I voluntarily reviewed this advanced reader copy and I have not been compensated in any way.

A great start!. This is the story of Jericho and Tiffany Who have great banter. He’s an alumni of Le Rosey boarding school where many of her billionaire characters from her other books went. (Love that connection). If you’re a fan of Ms Babylon you will surely get into this book! Can’t wait to see what’s in store next!

4 entertaining stars!. A fun new series by Ms. Babylon with great characters, a charming and witty plot and the promise of more amusement to come. I voluntarily read an advanced copy.

A great start to a new series.. While the game of golf isn’t my thing, I’ve enjoyed going to the driving range a time or two and I loved watching Jack Nicklaus play live in his Memorial tournament in 1984 when he won. So, all of the golf stuff in this book didn’t put me off a bit. In fact, I actually enjoyed reading all of the golfing stuff. The things that Jericho and Tiffany get up to while golfing are hot! This story starts out with a mistaken identity and goes on to become an enemies-to-lovers one. I enjoyed the back and forth between Tiffany and Jericho. There were some great LOL moments because Tiffany kept her relationship with Jericho a secret from her family, including her cousins who are her besties. While the romance between Jericho and Tiffany is resolved there is an underlying thing going on that will link this story to at least one other book. But I wouldn't call this one a hard cliffhanger like a lot of Blair's other books. I’m looking forward to reading Match Play. An advanced copy of this book was provided to me at my request but my review was voluntary and not influenced by the author.

A few bad boys!. This is Jericho and Tiffany’s story and it’s hot! A little golf anyone

A Great Read. Jericho had to buy a golf course and turn it around quick. That's what he does, he's a venture capitalist, but he didn't count on the beautiful Tiffany to mess with his plans for Newcastle Golf Club. She's a fighter, and right now, she's fighting for NGC. It's a pillar of the community. It's the reason she was able to go to college. It's the reason she met Jericho. It' the reason she'll do anything to save it. This series is different than most of what Blair writes. It was a fun change of pace. I received and ARC copy this book for an honest review, but also purchased a copy.

Excellent book.. If any author can take the world’s boringest sport (my opinion only) and make an interesting, steamy, extravagant story, it is Blair Babylon. I enjoyed the introduction of the new Le Rosey graduates and the references of characters from other books. Tiffany and Jericho make a great start to a new series. Looking forward to more.

Another great story in a greater universe. I’m not a huge golf fan. That didn’t keep me from enjoying this story! I love the characters Blair Babylon brings to life and their journeys.

Another Winner!!. Oh my goodness!! I adored getting to know Jericho and Tiffany! Jericho has met someone that makes him aware of things he’s never had to deal with before. I applaud him for respecting everything Tiffany has to deal with, including her family. I’m looking forward to the next book! Whew!! Glad I didn’t have to wait to find out out about Jericho and Tiffany!

The clock’s ticking on that bet!. I just loved Jericho and Tiffany’s story in Under Parr. Blair Babylon has once again woven a tale with humorous anecdotes as well as passages that get you thinking (such as the things Tiffany has to do to protect herself because she’s black). Their chemistry was off the charts, but boy was it fun watching them fight it and succumb to it all while he tried to save his own behind after making a foolish drunken bet. Definitely looking forward to reading the stories about the other members involved in the bet… who will end up winning? I don’t want it to be Fish (the Shark), but it’s too soon to tell…

Entertaining read. Even though I’m not really into golf this author still had the gift of pulling me into the book. Strong plot and fantastic characters. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

Under Parr. I really enjoyed Under Parr. It’s full of Blair’s beautiful ( but not over the top) descriptions and an interesting premise - take a failing golf club and turn it around. Naturally, there are hurdles both for the business and personally for Jericho and Tiffany to overcome. What I found confronting was some of the challenges faced by Tiffany, an African- American and the situations she has had to learn to accept. It was eye opening. Under Parr is a great read and I’m really looking forward to reading other books in the series.

Wow. This is an excellent story, and I really don’t like golf, it bores me to tears. The story is intriguing, and I am still trying to work out what the Sharks ploy is. I love the way Parr is portrayed, with his ingenuity and caring. There is some background social commentary woven into the story which is thought provoking. But the whole thing - Just WOW. I can’t wait for more books in this series.

Liking this.. A very well written & researched book, and not too sappy.

More than a game of golf!. Although I’m not a big fan of golf, I am a big fan of Blair Babylon. Because of this I trusted I would not be let down by a book about golf and I was proven right! Jericho and Tiffany’s story is about more than a stupid bet about buying a failing golf course and flipping it to make the highest profit. It’s about two people from totally different worlds, who have a lot in common but not a lot of common ground. This is the story Blair wrote. The story of stupidity, instant chemistry, off the chart smexy scenes and finding the fairway to the hole, under par. A great book and I can’t wait for the next one in this series!
