Sizzling !. Holy Chemistry! This couple has it from the very beginning! The author’s talent for combining blazing hot scenes with genuinely moving romance ensures that the story is as intense and sensual as it is emotional. Vivienne and Lance were fantastic characters. I thoroughly enjoyed watching them connect. Lance is charming, kind and caring and so not what people perceive him to be. Vivienne was strong and feisty, I loved her honesty. Together they had such amazing interactions. I loved their initial playfulness and that building heat between the two. Their chemistry sizzled. There are up and downs, tension and heat and it was great watching them work through their struggles as they figure everything out. Flawless from the start to finish, with smart dialog, sizzling chemistry, and the perfect amount of sweet and tender moments. Received an early copy for an honest review!

Love love love a fake to real relationship. Yasssss! So here for a fake relationship {side note, pretty woman(ish)} fairy tale! I loved this! Vivienne. Yessss. Loved her. Hits the skids. Walks from her job. Relatively homeless. Her friend offers her up as caretaker at a ‘share house’ in the Hampton’s. Lance. Love. This. Guy. Goes to his Hampton’s house and finds a chic there and the house is not what he expected. Awesomeness ensues. I highly recommend!!

Loved it. This is Lance Welles and Vivienne Radcliffe’s story and one that had me immersed from the first chapter. I loved this book, it was fun, entertaining and ticked all the boxes for me. I fell hard and fast for Lance; I was intrigued by him when we met him in previous books in the series and this book had me falling hard, he is my new book boyfriend. This is probably my favourite book so far, there is nothing I didn’t enjoy about Hamptons Heartbreak. From the moment Lance sets eyes on Vivienne, he knows there is something special about her. The banter between them was witty and it was entertaining to watch as their relationship which starts based on a lie morphed into so much more. The chemistry between them is passionate, intense and way to hard to ignore. I loved the growth of these characters as the story unfolded and I was really cheering for these two to get the happily every after that they deserved.

Vivienne thought she had it all, a great job, a wonderful boyfriend and she was living the Manhattan dream but that was yesterday and today has a very different outlook, today she is jobless, single and homeless. But it’s not all doom and gloom because her best friend comes up with a solution to the job and living arrangements, why not become the housekeeper in the Hamptons summer share house she has just invested in. Take care of the property from Memorial Day and Labour Day for free rent. Lance is a self made billiard he has just purchased a home in the Hamptons so imagine his surprise when he turns up to find his house has a lodger who is trying to clean up what’s looks like a frat house. What follows is two people from different backgrounds forging a friendship then a fake relationship and finally love. This book has it all, a moody, broody Billionaire, a adorable heroine, some seriously hot encounters , some witty moments as well as a captivating story that drew me in from the first page and didn’t let me go until I had read the final line. This is a very special read and it’s going to stay with me long after finishing this amazing story. It’s a fantastic addition to the series and I’m sure I will certainly be re reading over and over, I highly recommend you all one click this gem, you won’t be disappointed.
