Too Extreme for the Normal Person. This book is hard core. Having years of experience as a personal trainer and nutrition consultant, I would say this book is for athletes or those who are already fit and knowledgeable on fitness and want to go to some extremes to take things up a notch. It has valuable information for experienced athletes/weightlifters, but for those looking to find a long-standing healthy routine they can maintain, this book is not it.
