Excellent Plot Twists. This was an exceptional read. Some of the characters' actions, or lack there of, came as a complete and total surprise. A must read!!! This one has me looking for another follow-up on the Reverend Curtis Black in the near future. Thank you K.L.R.

Awesome Story Line. This is my third book in the Rev. Black series and I could not put it down. It is a great library of books to have for someone who does not know the background. Going to read the latest book release May 1st.

Love, Honor, and Betray. I enjoyed this book, very close to real life stories. The reason I did not give a five star is because it did not have the ending I was hoping for this only proves that I loved the book so much I didn't want to end.

WOW!!. This was my first book purchased on my iPad and I couldn't have chosen a better first!! This book had me going from the very beginning. I'm not usually one to enjoy "Drama" but this book was AWESOME. need more of your books in the iBook store!!!!

Another page turner. Great book, wished it ended differently though.

Hated to put it down. Good easy read! Let me say that I despised the lead character (protagonist she is not) but I loved the plot. There were some serious jumps in the story but overall it was a good drama.

Don't waste your time or money. This book was poorly written, and made no sense. Sadly urban books are written much better. An absolute error, i have no idea why anyone would want to publish this garbage.

Love, Honor, and Betray. I've never been to Chicago or to Charlotte & Pastor Black's residence, but I know what it looks like. I know what they look like. The imagination is a great thing! Kimberla always does a great job of putting you in the movie theater, but it's better than 3D because the theater is in our minds and with her books, there is nothing better!! This one had yet again, twists I didn't see coming and I love how it unfolds. It's hard to keep my interest but this author has not failed me yet! I'm almost scared to say this should be a movie because I just don't think it would do the writing justice, but the stories are so great. Keep up the good work Lawson-Roby! I love it!!!!

Good read!. Another good book from Kimberla Lawson Robyn. Lead character is trifling throughout the entire book, but the author somehow manages to make you feel sorry for her in the end. Anxiously awaiting the next one from the Reverend Curtis Black series.

Worth every penny!!. I am sad to hear that people are not appreciating what a gifted and talented author Mrs. Roby is. Her work has captured myself, as well as other fans from her introduction of Mr. Curtis Black and his "escapades"! If you cannot appreciate her work, then that is one thing, but to disrespect it by calling it garbage is offensive to her true fans. I encourage everyone to read the book for yourself and then come to your own conclusion! I cannot wait until May 1, 2012 for the next chapter in the Curtis Black series!

Love, honor, and betray. This is book is a page turner. It will keep you wanting more until the very end. Charlotte and Pastor Black are constantly tested about their devotion to each other; but it is interesting to see how plays out.

Must read. This is the first of her books that I have read. I loved it I to can't wait to see what is in store for the Black family next.
