The Shadow of Your Smile. I've read and enjoyed many of MHG's earliest creations. It saddens me that her latest books have not lived up to the excitement and originailty of her first dozen books.
Good book for a rainy day. Love the characters, and trying to keep track of them, wish the author would not repeat story facts over and over again, almost assuming the reader is inept. Rather figure out what is going on without reviews. Nice neat happy picket white fence ending.
Always the best. I have never miss one of her books and have never been disappointed.
