The Meeting Place. I agree, horrible way to end a book for the mothers on opposing sides through no fault of their own. I will purchase the continuing stories.
The Meeting Place. How wonderful to read again the inspiring and very interesting story of two women whose lives are intertwined through their love for each others' families as well as for each other. Because of the conflict of their homelands, their friendship had to be kept secret, as they visited often in the meeting place.
Horrible. Let me hanging. I can't believe I wasted my time. Ending completely sucked!!!

Breath of fresh air. I have never been a big reader and was slow to start on this book. Once I finally had a little free time I started and couldn’t get enough. Reading after bedtime and immediately upon completion purchasing the next two books in the series. Just completed Sacred Shore in 5 days. Wonderfully refreshing!
