Book 1. This is the beginning of the series and a strong book to stand on it own, but very nicely flowers to book 2. I love the style of the writer and the series only has 3book to date, but more CPU.d follow, I can only wish!

Good story. Storyline is good, nothing unusual. The writing style is simple, hurried in some places and sluggish in others. Overall a fast easy read.

Magnificent. Vonda Sinclair has a gem in her novel My Fierce Highlander. She brings Scotland alive. Her character development is among the best I’ve ever read. It is easy to love the heroes and heroines, and even easier to root against the villains. I terrific, well written book from beginning to the end!

My Fierce Highlander. “My Fierce Highlander” contains action, extremely tender moments and such well designed characters that I never wanted the novel to end. The plot is so intertwined with ups and downs and shocking surprises that I never wanted to put the book down. A Scottish historical novel set in the 1600’s of the Northern Scottish Highlands!! Difficult to sympathize with the protagonists. I always like a steamy highland lovestory but I felt that the intimacies between the characters were always bizarrely timed, and their motives were hard to sympathize with. They didnt communicate effectively at all. High drama kept the story going, otherwise I may not have finished it.

Great read. What a great read. I loved the characters & enjoyed the plot very much. It kept me entertained from the first page & I will definitely be seeking out the other books.

O.k.. Was really good reading until Gwenth’s constant whining became too much. The ending was also very, very disappointing.
