Awesome Twisting Plot. This was an awesome read. Set in Australia, it took many twists and turns with each chapter. Definitely worth the read.

Riveting. What an experience! I read this book and could not put it down. Enjoyed every minute of it.

Good read. Good read but, oh my gosh, what horrible grammar... "these ones". "Bring" when meaning "take". Appears to not even know the difference between "hear" and "here". It's confusing to read a sentence when the author meant to use "here" and the word used was "hear". Very distracting and it takes away the pleasure of reading an otherwise good book. Painful...

Interesting, satisfying read. I liked some of the twists in the plot. The "disappeared" husband's nvolvement (though somewhat tangential) was predictable early on. I enjoyed the cultural lessons being shared and apprpeciated the apparent empathy for the Aboriginal's plight at the white man's hands. I look forward by reading more of your work, Drew. Black Mountain Affair. Not a bad story but the writer is just a little hung up on himself. Very sickening how every woman in the book is beautiful and big-breasted, and they throw themselves at the protagonist. A little bit vain??

Black Mountain Affair. A thoroughly enjoyable read. The plot is good and keeps the reader involved. Some further proof reading required - there are a few typos and even e reference to the wrong dead person in one part. That said, I will be reading more from this author and would recommend the book.

Page turner!. Excellent little Aussie novel, it's great recognizing places & accents! Solid story line. Took me two days to finish I didn't want to stop :)

Addictive. Spelling errors which the author has already acknowledged. Apart from that, the book is very entertaining . I love the humour, the sexual tension (which is not too graphic) and the mystery behind the Ben Hood series.
