So good😍. I loved this book. I downloaded the sample and bought the whole book within the hour! I loved all the events, they all had me sitting on the edge of my chair. I'm looking forward to reading more books from this author! I wish this was a movie!

Loved this!. What took me so long to get to this story?! I love Molly's work she is an amazing author and this did not disappoint. This story was truly great it had so much going on but at the same time it had everything I as a reader needed to fill in the story and make me feel like I was part of it. Cassi's life growing up was heartbreaking living with a beyond abusive mother and step father. The beginning of the story is heartbreaking enough then you find out just how Jeff "rewarded" her mother after abusing Cassidy and let me tell you it is so unimaginable and disgusting I never would of thought it, or thought a mother could even do that to her Daughter. You meet Ty from the very beginning and you think he's the sweetest and practically Cassidy's hero then you meet Gage and see the situation from his perspective and you see just how wrong Ty is and get mad at him for not going to the proper authorities all those years ago. I do believe in love at first site and Gage new as soon as he saw Cassidy that she was it for him. The story progresses and they go through ups and downs but true love always finds its way back. I will say I loved the twist with Detective Green. I will say I wish more would of happened with that situation :) but Molly knows best and the story ended up being perfect. I enjoyed reading the letter from Cassidy's mother it really added to the story. Despite all that she put Cassidy through it did make my heart hurt just a little bit for her Mother. I knew as soon as Cassidy started reading the letter her mom had done what she did on purpose. It's sad Cassidy had no clue her Mom had been sober for 3 months but I think how everything happened was best for Cassidy. I am thankful she had Conner to help her work through that time and she was able to not feel bad about not knowing her mom was sober and that what her Mother did was what she had to do for herself.

From Ashes. First half of book was a great read and then it started to get predictable. Nice, easy read though; I enjoyed it!

MUST READ! 😊👍👍❤💗. This book was the best book I have read I loved the love triangle and the drama but everything was a roller coster. But it kind of tool long to have someone finally confess and I am do glad nobody died. But I was really disappointed at some parts and the choices she made like really upset but overall it was a great book and a must read.

Great... But 15+. It was an absolutely amazing book. And I don't want to say anything bad but it should be for ages 15+ cause I'm twelve and it describes a full on sex scene that I didn't need to know at this age. It's not made for young ears. Just sayin. And that's the only reason I gave it a four cause otherwise I absolutely loved it and couldn't put it down!!!!

What?!. I am so frustrated. This book is frustrating. I usually never like to leave reviews but this book apparently makes me want to write a review. There's too much going on in this book, it's annoying. It jumps from one scenario to another without any explanation or follow up. At this point, I hate the main character Cassidy. I just can't with this book. If you want to be frustrated, be my guest. I can't even finish it.

Good read. While I enjoyed From Ashes I didn't care for it as well as Taking Chances. The characters were ok I just didn't connect with Gage and Cassi as much as I thought I would. And I thought Tyler was an absolute jerk. I would suggest this book to anyone, it's just not as good as the other.

In love. Although at points it got a little more mature for my age... It was amazing! The end made me cry of happiness it was just the most perfect book!

Another Amazing Page Turner. Molly McAdams has a fantastic way of writing a love story! She has a way with words and I will be reading everything she writes!

Meh. It got better toward the middle and then rushed a bit. The beginning started off good but then it was a whole lot of no one talking about obvious stuff which caused issues that went on for a long time. And the cover should have had people that fit the characters....the guys in the cover are way to young and skinny for the description in the book.

Wonderful. I absolutely loved this book. Such a fast read; couldn't put it done. Cassidy and Cage were written with so much chemistry and passion for each other. Loved the book, would recommend it to everyone.

From Ashes. This book is rated young adult. Not sure what age that is, but it wasn't written very well. The characters act as if they are 12 emotionally. I doubt this book was written for 12 yr olds, due to the sexual nature.

Excellent!!. What can I say? I absolutely love Gage Michael Carson! Molly, you did a fantastic job bringing these characters to life. I literally wanted to scream at certain moments. Hell, who am I fooling....I did scream!! There is so much emotion in this book. I loved every single character (well not the jerk at the bonfire or the obvious abusers). Just like "Taking Chances", you had me consumed from the moment I cracked open the book (e-book actually). Cassidy is so beautiful, both inside and out. I hope this book reaches people who lived and/or live a life as Cassie. It's truly a book of life lessons. Great job, Molly!

SO MUCH EMOTION. It may just be me but when I get into an amazing book I amerce myself in it and become lost within the pages and this book is such an emotional roller coaster I've thrown my phone at least 5 times now and I haven't even completely finish the book. But it's an AMAZING READ yet it plays with your emotions. Can't wait to see the outcome.

Can't stop reading!. Mollys books just keep you glued to the pages, started reading and didn't want to stop needed to know what was going to happen next. Love this one!

Too predictable - lengthy & dragged out. I loved "taking chances" storyline captivated me hard book to put down and not at all too predictable. Definitely a read that people can relate too, however, this book was almost along the same lines without the excitement of twists and turns in the story. The beginning definitely captivated me but about halfway through I was already wanting it to end. Good writer however definitely not her best work.

3 1/2 stars. I liked the story and the characters in this book but I didn't like all the flip flopping...happy/sad/happy/sad. Too many misunderstandings. It turned out to be heartwarming but took a long, torturous time to get there.

Hard to get through. It was hard to get through. It felt as if this was a book about kids in high school not adults. Usually a good book I can't put down and read within a day or two. It took me five days to get through this one.

McAdams. I love Molly McAdams books!! Well written and perfect details, I was skeptical at the first few chapters about Cassidy's character, but it became very easy to fall in love with her story and the relationship she develops with Gage. Love it! Couldn't put it down!

No. I honestly don't know why I read so far into this book. I thought it was terrible, corny and had scenes that made me feel uncomfortable. I hated the relationships in this book and most all of the characters. There is nothing romantic about a girl who thinks it's okay to kiss another man while supposedly being in love with another one. I just can't even finish it, I read too much already.

From Ashes. Amazing book! Fell in love with the characters and was hooked from the start! Read it in 4 days just to make it last longer because i didn't want to finish it in one sitting which i could have! A movie should be made after this book!

Incredible. I absolutely loved this book!!!! I could not put it down and could not wait to see what happened next. I highly recommend this book!

No redeeming qualities. The female lead is unbearably juvenile. The cliche device of the constant misunderstandings is beyond angst to the point of utter stupidity. The entire book (which could have ended at the halfway mark) is an exercise in drawing out one bad plot device after another. Couldn't finish the book after the tenth pointless fight where a misunderstanding blows up into the end of the world and the female lead spits in the face of the man that loves her.

Two thumbs up!!. I started reading this book two days ago and I just couldn't put the iPad down!! Must read it made me smile basically go thru many emotions!!!

Loved every bit of this story..... Molly....you have once again left me with a book hangover. I've read many of your books & you get me every time. I really enjoy reading stories that give the main characters a chance to understand what they're feeling & thinking. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy reading stories about single characters & their point of view but I'm always intrigued to get to hear what's going on in others heads. This story hits home for me & it's stories like this that give the survivors strength to keep going & to keep pushing. Thank you Molly.

Amazing!!. Molly really knows how to tell a story. Often romances are unrealistic. Often they are short and overflowed with icky sex scenes. But not Molly's book. They are very true at times overly sad but her words have power. Not only do you enjoy the romance empathize with her characters you learn a valuable lesson. I have read this book and Taking Chances both were simply put "amazing" reads. I will read every book of hers I can find. They way her words come off the page and force you through a gamut of emotion is beautiful.

Lovely surprise.. I didn't think this book was going to be very good based on reviews and the fact that it was free. I trout it would have horrible grammar and spelling. I was so glad to find that once I started reading it, I didn't want to stop! I put off studying for my test and researching for my final paper to read this book. I didn't sleep to finish it. I love it so much. It has good grammar and spelling. And I would definitely pay full price for this book. Molly McAdams did so good with this book, and I can't wait to read more from her.

Molly McAdams is by far my most favorite author and she puts her characters together so well. Please, read. It is 100% worth it. WOW. This was a great book. I can't believe how it turned considering how it started. All women want a man like him.

falling in love all over again. I’m loved this novel. I felt every emotion from pain to happiest of Cassidy and Gage. I could stop reading it. The book drew me in on levels that I can’t explain. I never experienced anything like Cassidy childhood; but its like I felt every blow, panic attack and all her uncertainty. Oh my gosh; I felt Gage’s broken heart every time. It was his words of loving and not having Cassidy that actually made me cry. Simply written, but words jumped off the page right into me.

Ahhh. This book was pretty good, a few far fetched things happened but over all enjoyed the book.

Loved From Ashes. The book was amazing, I finally understand the name of the book. I thought that though Cassidy was abused as a child, she was able to let it go. One thing I didn't like, and maybe it's because I wasn't paying attention at the end... But did Jessie's mom die or not?? That's my only problem with this book. But overall I remember crying and feeling Cassidy's pain. She's an amazing woman.

LOVE THIS BOOK!!!!!! MUST BUY!!!!!. I don't normally write reviews on books but OH MY GOD this book is amazing. I read it within a day and am so sad it's finished I'm quite tempted to re read it. This is the first time I have read a Molly McAdams book and I'm already downloading taking chances and hoping there are many more to come. This book has a lovely story line and characters that are so easy to fall in love with, I especially loved Cassidy and Gage the main characters.

Loved it !!!. I loved this book till the end where I felt was very similar to the Mitchell brothers series even with the same character named Tyler but I still could not put it down very good gripping book look forward to others xx

Wow. I loved it. Totally captured my emotions and brought them to highs and lows throughout the entire book. Truly loved ever word.

So frustrating. After reading taking chances I found this book to be so predictable and a bit boring . The plot is just frustrating and many parts just don't make sense. I found myself skimming over the majority of the story just to get to the end.

From Ashes. Although a lot of the reviews said this wasn't as good as taking chances, I downloaded a sample in hope they were wrong. And wrong they were. I absolutely loved this book and couldn't put it down and I ended up reading it in one day! A lot more happened in this story and I just loved it. Can't wait for more from Molly!

Ahhhh :). I'd heard about taking chances and the infuriating and frustrating spoiler so I decided against reading it as my iPad probably wouldn't have survived. so naturally i was quite pessimistic about this book, so much so i did look up reviews for this. I found one in particular that stated that it was different from taking chances and I wouldn't be as infuriated...so I thought lets have a read. I loved it, yes it was long and drawn out but nevertheless once I had finished It i had the facial expression of a sap. I'll definitely be re reading this book. I thoroughly enjoyed the characters minus Tyler during the middle. As for Gage..... I'm just infuriated that I've yet to meet a man like him. Its a great soppy read that has an epilogue to die for, so a definite recommendation of mine.

poignant but also feel good -an enjoyable read. The characters are very likeable, you are immediately sucked into the connection of the three main characters, without the need for intense back history, that eventually unfolds as the story continues. This story did not make me cry ( I have been known to really blub easily at books) but the story has a poignant base to the story, but positive highs on the reders emotional jorney come fom how the characters face and over come adversity.

Delightful story. This is a delightful book, that encompasses everything, I consider, should be in romantic novel. Love at first sight, passion, unrequited love, angst, a love triangle (though, technically it was a square) and the perfect man in Gage Carson. I must admit that even Cassidy did not get on my nerves as much as I thought she would. It was only when Connor came into the picture that I wanted to start shaking her, though thankfully, that only went on for a short while. Somewhat reminds me of Jennifer Foor's 'The Mitchell Family' series, mixed in with Kristen Ashley's 'Motorcycle Man'. Not that that is a bad thing, as both he above books are two of my favourites.

LOVED THIS BOOK. I absolutely loved this book and could not put it down, although at times I wanted to throw my iPad across the room because of the emotion the characters evoked in me! This book was written so well that the frustration, laughter, anger, love and sorrow you feel is strong and I loved that. The characters are great and are all so well written about that you become emotionally invested in all of them! GREAT book and in my opinion a must read!! :) Thanks Molly for yet another stunning book it was worth the wait!!

An outstanding book!. Well... I certainly recommend this book to pretty much EVERYONE! It was really amazing! If I'm honest my only criticism would be that it was quite similar to Taking Chances but that didn't matter as the story was so gripping and the characters so strong. The thing that makes Molly McAdams such a great writer is her ability to create truly outstanding characters and communicate with their thoughts and words if that makes sense.... Well done!!

Love it! One of the best books out there :-). I was hooked onto it from the very beginning. Eagerly waited for it's releaseand finished it overnight! Lol!!! Could not put the book down. The author wrote the book so well it made me gasp,laugh out loud,get angry,feel joy...just every emotion the author intended for the readers to feel,I felt ! This book is absolutely worth reading! Great story. I loved the characters and the plot but the only thing that got to me was the way they communicated, it was a little unrealistic for me. Still loved it tho!

Great read.... I really LOVED 'taking chances', as was excited about this book but was very cautious with it as I was waiting for the 'twist/game changer' to happen (like in taking chances) so I was always on edge waiting for something like that to happen. Thank you for not doing that in this book. I love it.

For a bit I was convinced that she was going to en up with the cop, Conner, but then she didn't thank god. Then I thought she might actually die.... Held my breath throughout most of the book. Disappointed. At times I enjoyed reading this, I also thought sometimes sections weren't believable or didn't give the situation justice. A bit disappointed as thought it could have been better. I was definitely able to put this down & move on afterwards. Didn't have the emotional pull I was expecting.
