Interesting heroine and loving rake. I don't think I've ever read a historical romance with this interesting back story and tender-hearted man. I enjoyed it and read it quickly. A perfectly written tale where I enjoyed all the characters.

Amazing. This book started off a little slower than the others but caught up fast and the material made up for it. By the end of the book I couldn't put it down. Once again another simply amazing book from this author. I have bought the entire series. This is another must read.

The Best Yet!. The Brothers Sinister series is one of my favorite. Courtney Milan isn’t your typical romance author. She really fleshes out each character’s insecurities, wishful thinking and dreams. The Countess Conspiracy is the 3rd novel in the series and although, I have loved all of the novels, this is my favorite. There aren’t always pretty answers to our obstacles in life but there are compromises that are worth it! I can’t wait until the next novel.

Loved it!. I love a book that makes you think. There is a lot of science info that might scare some off, but I appreciate all the effort to legitimize the discovery process for Violet. I love the depth the author gives her characters. There is always more to learn about them. They are always learning more about themselves as well. I applaud the devoted love that Sebastian has for Violet. Well written and well received!

Better and better!. The books in the Brothers Sinister just get better and better as they go along! Having been a biology teacher for ages, I found the explanations easily understood. I hope the women I have taught don’t have the problems with male egos that Violet had!

Must read!!!!. Courtney Milan is a genius. This whole series is fantastic and this third novel is no exception. Violet is wonderful and inspiring and oh so clever. And Sebastian...he is my new favorite hero.

ugh!. i'm sooo bored. i'm not even a third of the way in, and i can't take it anymore. this is a very SLOW uninteresting story and i simply can't continue. very misleading reviews too.
