Loved this story!!!. Tall, Dark and Irresistible has a take on the friends to lovers trope, and it was so very well done. While Leo and Peyton haven't really seen each other since they were chemistry lab partners in college, they were friends then and though there was an attraction between them, Leo had a girlfriend, so neither of them would have ever acted upon it. Let me just say I totally fell in love with this book from page one. I loved that while Leo had no reason whatsoever for helping Peyton out, he stepped up and gave it his all. I absolutely loved Leo and Peyton as a couple. They might have started out pretending, but I could quickly tell they have real feelings for one another. Add in their absolutely amazing and smoking hot chemistry, and I got all the happy feels from them together. Seriously the more time they spent together, the more I wanted the fake relationship to become a real one. Honestly the only part I didn't love was Peyton feeling like she had to lie to her parents about being in a relationship. I totally understood once we met them, but I also really wanted her to act more like the adult she wanted to be treated like and be honest with them from the beginning. I have to say I loved that Peyton's dad seemed to get why she faked a relationship and really tried to step back one the truth came out. I also loved he was the one to help her mom see the light as well. I love that Leo and his brothers are so very close, and they each had no trouble kicking him in the butt when needed to help him realize how important Peyton really as to him. I've loved seeing each of the first two Stone brothers find the loves of their lives so far. Erika Wilde once again delivered a sexy romance that was just what I wanted to read. I highly recommend Tall, Dark and Irresistible to readers who love contemporary romances. Rating: 5 Stars (A) Review copy provided by publisher

Tall Dark and Irresistible book 2 by Erika Wilde. This is book 2 of the Tall Dark series . This is Peyton and Leo’s story and a must read . Their story is at first born of a lie told by Peyton and her involving Leo . So much is revealed about why the lie so be prepared for a great story. But what a very HEA for these two.

Now she's coming back home to California for her cousin's wedding but how to explain the fake boyfriend...now the fun begins. Leo Stone, owner of a successful business call Prestige Car Services get a request for personal pickup and a proposition from a Peyton Bishop. Little does he know that this is his chemistry partner from college. Blast from the past, little white lies, propositions, chemistry, laughter, sexy times are just the beginning of a "fake" relationship between to people who are just looking to get through a week together . Little do they know that this week together will changes their lives and maybe give them the HEA they are both longing for....

Loved it. I loved this book. The characters were well developed and the story was both steamy and sweet. Thoroughly enjoyed this Erika Wilde book.

Love a good second chance story. I was really looking forward to Leo Stone's story when we met him in the first Tall, Dark and Sexy book. Leo and Peyton get a second chance at love in this book. They knew each other in college and secretly liked each other, but Leo had a serious girlfriend, so nothing ever happened. Peyton finds herself in a situation when she has to go to a family wedding and needs to bring her boyfriend Leo with her. The only thing is....they aren't dating and haven't spoke in years! I did chuckle as Peyton told Leo her tale. These two had a lot of chemistry and it was hard not to be swept up in their fake romance that ended up being a reality. These two were meant for one another and the story was a good one. I really enjoyed this story.

Fantastic. There was always a spark between them and then their fake relationship made it an inferno. Leo and Peyton’s story is fun, sexy and romantic. You will love it.

Consistency is important. I really liked the first 2 books but when the bonus chapter and gender reveal party doesn’t match the next book… well that just derailed the story I was reading. Please, please go back and update as well as add that Leo’s love interest was at that party. For the next reader because I’m skipping your next book in case they now have twins.

Light reading, well edited. I get so tired of typos. This book was easy to read, light-hearted story, and I recommend it

Predictable. If you enjoy a simple romance thats a quick read then this may be for you. Its a fairly predictable story with likeable characters, overprotective parents and nosy friends. My personal feeling is that it could have done with more depth to the storyline. However I did finish the book.
