Cliffhanger and not enough real storyline. Great characters but needed more background and story line in Book 1. Then, to leave it as a cliffhanger after 700 pages (font enlarged) is silly.

Control. Lightning strikes and control are how the relationship feels. Can a struggling journalist really keep a millionaire happy? It seems so but what about the turbulence in the relationship?

KaCee. Wow what a hot read and an emotional rollercoaster ride I loved it!

An Arrogant Gentleman. Characters are shallow and immature. There is no substance or story. It’s a book about 2 people having sex in various ways as often as they can and even that isn’t very inspiring.

An Arrogant Gentleman book one by Adriane Leigh. Great story, hot & steamy definitely want to read the collection! The only problem I had is some grammar mistakes.

Steamy. An arrogant gentleman is a steamy read, definitely not realistic since main characters fall in love in two weeks. Wish Adriane Leigh would have developed their characters more over a period of time, just seems to rushed. But still can’t wait to see what else is in store for haven and Xaine.

Loved it!. I really enjoyed this book. However, it did remind me a bit of 50 shades of grey at times but overall I loved it. It really was a page turner for me so I read it within a couple hours.

Downhill. The book is too hot then cold. The book is rushed and really splotchy. The plot really isn’t a plot, and the climax of the book is sad. The ending is abrupt and weak. The book isn’t good by any standards.

All the stories I’ve read by her are all different but told so well. I can’t wait to see where this series leads! Any book by this author is a must read for sure!!

Interesting.. Typical hot rich guy meets the one girl who is not instantly swooning over him and wants to make her his. Their relationship is the definition of a rollercoaster, high highs and low lows yet you just can’t stop reading.

An Arrogant Gentleman Book 1 by Adriane Leigh. I got this book on through the Apple bookstore. During my heavy work time I typically read easy but pleasurable books. Typically of the Romance genre. This one did not disappoint. Engaged and looking for more the whole time!

An Arrogant Gentleman Book One. Loved it! The alpha male seems to be a lot more feeling than usual and the heroine seems spunkier. Would a lot of the drama not be necessary if they just talked to each other? Of course! But there is a lot of fun and very steamy encounters along the way. Can’t wait to read the rest of their story.

The Arrogant Gentleman By Adriane Leigh. These two are crazy and combustible. I love the way Xaine is commanding, sweet and controlling. His ways go perfect with Haven’s stubborn, smart and sassy ways. This last part left me in a knot though...does she say yes to marrying him or is she going to let that walk up again and be stubborn. If I am following the story correctly she will turn him down and hurt his feelings but try to reason it in her own way. Xaine will listen but eventually he will demand marriage and that is where the combustion starts again!

So charmingly arrogant!. Such a fantastic first book of the series with characters you can really love and story runs at a pace that you simply cannot put it down and have to read the whole book! Nice to have a male character who also shows he is affected by all the emotion and I can’t wait to read the rest of the series - highly recommended.

An Arrogant Gentleman by Adriane Leigh. Well I didn’t see that ending coming. Xaine seems to be a bit too obsessive for my liking so I’m not sure which way this story will go. I hope they get their HEA but I’m sure there will be a lot of turbulence along the way.

An Arrogant Gentleman. Great first book. While I never found him overly arrogant, I do love to see a man fall hard, and not be ashamed to admit his feelings. Let's just hope the rest of the series is as loving. Looking forward to the rest of the series.
