Love it!. Never disappoints. One of the best series I have read! Sad we have to wait so long for the next one.

I wanted Neely Kate to have more to her ending.... I loved this book, just as I love the rest of DGS’s series. However, Neely Kate is my favorite female character and I couldn’t help be a little disappointed that there wasn’t more closure and action for her in this. I know we will obviously get more in the next Rose book, but I love hearing from her POV. I’d love to see more from her and Kate soon!

Wow! Another hit for Denise. Just when you think there isn’t anymore surprises Denise can throw at you, she gives you 10 more. One of her best books. If you haven’t started from the beginning of the series to understand Neely Kate’s past you should start at the first book 28 and a 1/2 wishes. You won’t be able to put down the series Denise keeps you on a roller coaster of emotions and suspense. Way to go Denise on another truly amazing book.

Couldn’t put it down!. Here I am yet again underestimating DGS. I didn’t have tissues handy and I probably should have!! Yet another fantastic book and what a way to close our NKs short series. So many questions answered and as NK would say “and then some” I’m surprised to say that I am pretty excited to see where things go with Kate. I can’t help but root for her to come over from the dark side. I love NK’s POV. I love her relationship with each of the other characters. This book will have you desperately aching for Rose. You can truly feel how depressed she is. We all know she’s a fighter but in this book (especially the beginning) she just isn’t herself- justifiably so. These characters are truly a favorite of mine. I could read about them every day. Which is why I was so excited to see not one but TWO releases coming up with these characters!

Another awesome ride!. I couldn’t put this one down! Denise never disappoints, and adds so much depth to characters you want to write off- but you can’t. Waiting for the next book as always!

I love Neely Kate. Every time I finish a DGS book, I swear it’s my favorite one. This one was no exception. Neely Kate continues on her quest to answer questions about her past and put it to rest once and for all. There were many moments where I held my breath and a few tears. Although this is the last book from NK’s perspective, I’m really looking forward to seeing more of her in future Rose books.

The Finish-line for Neely-Kate?. This was the amazing end to Neely-Kate’s story. Don’t worry she’ll still be hanging out in the Rose Gardner Investigation Series with Rose, Jed, Joe, and whoever causes mischief in Fenton County. (Don’t Read this book unless you’ve Come Rain or Shine from RGI, it will cause spoilers!) I love this book and Neely Kate getting to share her backstory over the past 3 books. I fell more in love with Neely-Kate. This book is full of wittiness, suspense, and heartbreak to healing. Favorite line of the book: “Went off with psychopath sister, please pick up milk.” *To women who have lost a baby to a miscarriage or had a friend who lost a baby to miscarriage, I found these character’s interactions therapeutic.*

Denise does it again.... We all know Denise is a rockstar author, but how she pumps out one fantastic book after another is mind boggling. I thoroughly enjoyed the last installment of NK’s story and as a reader, I was certainly taken on a wild ride! I am looking forward to reading about Carly in the fall and Rose next Spring.

Amazing!!!!. I love all of the Rose Gardner and Neely Kate mysteries. I literally feel as if I’m in their world while reading. I sure hate I’m caught up and now have to wait until April! 😔

Dirty Money. This series (and its companion Rose Gardner series) is so addicting! Each book gets better and better! No way to predict where this writer is going, and boy does she spin the best tales!Finally we get some details about what’s happening with Hardshaw and NK’s world! Just leaves me wanting to read more and more about these characters and their lives! I can’t wait for more, and already preordered the next Rose book as well as the first in the spinoff from this series! If you’ve not read any of the books yet, don’t start with this one! Start at the very beginning with Swank’s Twenty-eight and a Half Wishes-it’s worth the money to buy them all! I promise you’ll want to keep them to reread and prep for new releases.

Amazing. This is a great book, a great ending to the story. I love all the characters and can’t wait to see the story continue with Carly and of course ROSE!!!

Shute Fire!!. I am so invested in this series that I have read every book at least twice. I think I went through every emotion reading this book. I can’t wait for the next one.

A must read!. Fans of the Rose Gardner mysteries need to read this book! From the day readers first met her, Neely Kate Rivers has always been a force to be reckoned with and fierce loyal friend. Every girl needs a Neely Kate in her life. As NK is helping Rose through her grief, some of her own mysteries re-surface. This book takes Neely Kate on an unexpected journey where she discovers answers to many of her unanswered questions and finds help from unlikely sources. I found myself laughing with and cheering for Neely Kate in this wonderful final installment of the Neely Kate Mysteries.

Can’t put this book down!!!. Every chapter was fast paced and exciting! I loved every book in the series! Can’t wait for the next book.

Dirty money. I love Neely Kate and all of her trials and tribulations. She has grown so much since being introduced to us. Also love that she will go to such great lengths to protect the ones she love. The twist, turns and surprises keeps you wanting more. Can’t wait to continue all of the Henrietta mayhem.

AMAZING BOOK!. Seriously, how do these books just keep getting better and better? Most author’s books would have gone stale this deep in, but leave it to Denise Grover Swank to continue going above and beyond! Dirty Money begins with Neely Kate accompanying Rose to Violet’s attorney’s office for the reading of the will, and a surprise source giving Neely Kate crucial information about her “missing” husband Ronnie. Kate arrives back in Fenton County with a risky proposition and the opportunity for Neely Kate to find out more information about the bag of money she’s kept hidden away for years. But of course with Kate there’s always a catch! If Neely Kate wants answers, she has to leave town with Kate immediately, with no idea where they’re headed or for how long they will be gone. I have loved all three of the Neely Kate books so much, and am kind of bummed this will be the last. But at least I know she will still be around in future Rose books! Denise answers so many questions about Neely Kate’s story in Dirty Money, and even leaves a little surprise for her readers at the end of the book!

Edge of your seat. Denise has done it again. Not only has she written a book that has you on the edge of your seat, she writes a book that answers questions as then has you asking new questions. Newly Kate is on yet another adventure. But this time it’s with someone you don’t expect. The writing is smooth and everything flows superb. This is my new favorite book! Get this book now!!!

Love. As with every book I’ve ready by DGS I loved this book.

Torn. I have pretty much loved every book in the series. For some reason Neely Kate’s books have just been bland to me. Dirty Money being the most annoying. Just couldn’t get into it. Great to learn more about the latest battle in Fenton County, but the writing describing the interaction between Kate and Neely Kate had me wanting to run my nails over a chalk board. Kate seems like a very annoying character anyways, so maybe this effect was perfect. Def not reading this one again waiting for the next Rose book. Sorry.

Great book. I love Neely Kate and hope for more. She is a great character and the author seems to have a passion about her!

Pure Genius!. I can’t say enough great things about this book! It was emotional, funny, and just all around amazing! Who couldn’t love NK and the Rose Gardner world?

Wow. Oh my gosh. This was such an amazing book. I really enjoy reading Neely Kate’s story. She had so much to tell. I love her character and she has been through so much, loved seeing reading her back story. This book has it all. I experienced so many emotions while reading and I didn’t want to put it done. Denise did an amazing job with these books and we ended up getting so many answers. I’m going to miss reading Neely Kate’s stories but I look forward to see what happens next for her in the Rose Gardner Investigations series.

Just perfect. DGS has done it again! I loved this book so much and really enjoyed seeing how the story unfolded. NK is a great character and I really loved this book. It's a must read, but please read the books in order.
