A Single Glance. It started slow and did pick up until page 575. It got interesting then, but started dragging again. I can’t believe the author has the audacity to ask for $5.00 for the next book! Unbelievable!!!!!

Intense and so romantic. With each book, I have loved each Cross brother Willow has introduced to us. Jase is no exception. Jase seems to be a portion of each brother - the good and the bad. When Bethany walks into his bar, he knew he wanted her - and would have her. What follows is an intense, romance that will drive them mad with wanting. Willow is a exceptional storyteller and one cannot help but be caught up into her characters world - A Single Glance is no exception.

Amazing!!. Amazing book

Soooo Good!. Ahhh! Willow Winters has done it again folks! She has captured our hearts and fueled our lust only to leave us begging for more! A Single Glance was heart pounding and sensual! I have been waiting for Jase​ to get his story and I’m loving it! I have to admit I may love him most out of the Cross brothers! He’s battling with himself trying to learn from his past, helpless again the beautiful brunette that has stormed into his world. Bethany has broken me. I feel for her so much, everything she’s been through. I just want her to have peace with her sister and for this thing with Jace to to change both their lives! I loved everything about this book! I totally said some pretty nasty words about that cliffhanger ending! I’m convinced Willow enjoys torturing us! Gah! Cannot wait to find out what’s to come! Although A Single Glance is a stand-alone I recommend you read all the books that tie the cross brother together! I received an Arc in exchange for an honest review.

Jase Cross ❤️. Jase cross. He. Is. Everything. Steamy! Suspenseful! Everything you could ever ask for in a Willow Winters Book & MORE!!! This story grips your attention from the first word and doesn’t stop until you realize you are at the end!! The pages were turned at an obscene rate. This story is raw, dirty, and captivating! Jase and Bethany are so hot together and even when they try to deny what is going on, they can’t!! Willow winters, you slay me with the Cross Brothers. So hot and mysterious. And the end, can I just predict you will want to throw your kindle across the room!! The next book needs here NOW!! You need to buy this book as soon as possible. One of my favorite reads so far this year! Well done Willow, well done!

Must read list. “My cailín tine” which sum up the book. Fiery, Hot with raw emotion. This book is another series with the Cross Brother’s. This book about Jase and Bethany that will leave you breathless and ready for the next book. Another great book from Willow

Enticing but repulsive at the same time. Not sure if I enjoyed reading it but it held you in the story all the same.

Loved not being able to guess. What a way to leave us wanting more. I can’t wait for the conclusion. I highly recommend this book.

A Single Glance. WOW! To say that this story is intense is a bit of an understatement. Now if you’ve read this authors work before you know what I mean, but this book takes past what she’s done before. It was a gripping story that never really let up. Though the entire book, I was waiting for what would happen next. It’s definitely a book that will have you on edge throughout the whole thing. It is soooo worth it! If you’ve read the Merciless series by her, then you’ll recognize the characters as it’s a spin off of that series. Which was super exciting because who didn’t love Jade from the other books? Anyway, now I feel like I’m rambling, but basically it boils down to this- READ THIS!

Superb!. Well...she did it again. Just when you think she can’t keep up such great writing, she proves she can do it over and over. If you loved the the Merciless series, you will definitely want to read this one. While Jase’s character played a big role in previous books, he was still just a supporting character to Carter and Aria’s story. This is his story, and what a story! Willow’s writing is so vivid, you feel like you’re right there with the characters. You feel every emotion of Jase and Bethany, and the suspense is always there! It just keeps you reading and reading because you simply can’t wait to read the next chapter. Five stars for sure!!!

Loved this book at a single glance!. This book ensnared me from a single glance of the prologue & didn’t once let me go. The roller coaster of tension & emotions in this book is addicting, & Jace & Bethany were sizzling from their first encounter. We meet Jace in the Merciless series which I read & loved, but Willow Winters said I would not be ready for Jace & she was right! He took me to my boundaries, like he did with Bethany, then pushed me past them with a smirk on his face & made me love every minute of it. A review of another character for another book was called “dangerous yet endearing” & that perfectly describes Jace for me. Willow’s writing made me feel Bethany’s pain, loss & her need for answers & retribution. They both just want to be loved & not alone anymore, & it remains to be seen if they will get that or not. Yes, Willow, I did want to throw my iPad for how you ended it!

A Must Read From Willow!!. Bethany Fawn is looking for answers to her sister murder. Jase cross is the owner of The Red Room bar but that’s just a cover for who he really is. When Bethany goes to the Bar looking for someone to blame she might get into more trouble than she bargained for. “Jase Cross Will Be My Downfall” This is a great romantic suspense with many twists from Willow! Told in dual POV. This also ends in a mega cliffhanger!!!!

Dark and intense. Jase is one of the Cross brothers and this is his story. He sees Bethany in his bar making a scene and looking for answers to her sisters death. There’s something between them... This one is full of emotions and sexual chemistry. Once you get a taste of the Cross brothers world there’s no turning back. You just love them. And Jase is no exception.

Intense. Soo good. It took time to get used to in the beginning. It feels like their relationship was going to be just business and full of abuse but it didn’t. You can compare their relationship to a rose. Beautiful but full of thorns. Also the twist at the end was definitely unexpected for me.

So good ❤️. A Single Glance is just so super amazing. I loved it so much that I can't wait to read it again. Willow Winters has done an truly amazing job on this Book. She is absolutely an amazing author and is one of my most favorite authors. I received an advanced readers copy of this book and I love love love it so much that I bought it.

Page Turner. A soul consuming read that keeps you turning the page and wanting more of Jase and Bethany’s story. I can’t wait to read their ending. Favorite quote: Jade ~ “There are moments in time, pauses in your reality, where you realize this instant will be a memory forever.”

Bethany wants answers, she wants to find the people that murdered her sister and make them pay. What she didn't expect was having to repay a debt her sister owed the Cross brothers. Jase is ready to collect but for selfish reasons. He just can't get Bethany out of his head and his heart. Although Jase and Bethany don't want to admit it, they need each other. As Bethany starts repaying her sisters debt, she finds herself falling for Jase. However, doubt lingers causing Bethany to question Jase and the truth. Who is behind the death of Bethany's sister? Why does the Cross name always seem to be present when things are revealed? Can Jase and Bethany be more? Wow Willow, what a story you have weaved for our Jase and Bethany. Just when I thought that there couldn't be a better Cross boy story Willow goes and writes A Single Glance. Truly a remarkable story that I WANT MORE OF!!! Jase is raw, lethal and unapologetic but GOD is he real and vulnerable around Bethany. Bethany is one fierce, complicated and loyal woman who just wants to find her peace and love.

Very exciting. Intriguing, sexy, angsty, emotional. Easily sucked into this story and devoured it. It’s hard not to love Jase, despite his flaws. Eagerly awaiting a conclusion for them!

A Single Glance. This book is riveting. You read knowing she will get hurt. You read feeling her pain. You read seeking answers. There are few. Can’t wait to continue it with next part! Enjoy.

Amazing start to the series!. Holy. Hell. I have never read Willow Winters before this book and I wish someone would have told me to get with the program a LONG time ago! A Single Glance is absolutely EVERYTHING I needed but didn’t know that I wanted. Emotional, dirty and raw, dangerously sexy, with a love/hate relationship that left me reeling. I read this entire book in one afternoon and I just about threw my iPad across the room (sorry, hunny) when I got to that cliffhanger. I love this story, I need more Jase and I need it now! Willow, you most definitely have a new fan!

W Winters has done it again in A Single Glance. is the dark and gripping starry of Jase Cross and Bethany Fawn. Both have had to deal with the loss of loved ones due to crime and drugs. Jase Cross and his brothers are a family who makes their money selling drugs and just living the life of crime. They are ruthless and calculating in their decisions. And they are passionate about their women. Jase is no exception. He knew he wanted Bethany even though she could bring him and his brothers down. His character is complex he is heartless but yet forgiving of those he feels deserve forgiveness. Bethany’s sister was a drug user who ended up murdered. She is determined to bring those responsible to justice. She stalks any names and places her sister mentioned prior to her death. This includes The Red Room, a bar owned by the one and on,y Jase Cross. She’s a broken soul who is torn between a world she despises and the man she can’t say no to even if she tries. The relationship between Jase and Bethany is just as complex as they are as individuals. They know they shouldn’t be together but can’t seem to stay apart. Jase understands her loss since his younger brother was also murdered. Bethany hates him and what he stands for while Jase wants her to stay away from him, his bar, and his brothers. But yet the spark between them is all consuming and conflicting all at the time. They both feel that each other will be their downfalls. Bethany being part of a world she disdains while she causes Jase not to think clear headed. She clouds his judgement. A Single Glance is dark, dangerous, and hot all the same time.This is not a standalone. Jase and Bethany’s will continue in A SINGLE KISS. This series is part of W Winters’ Merciless World. The other series that are part of this world do not need to be read before A Single Glance, but I highly recommend it for a more in depth understand of Jase’s world that he shares with his brothers. Interesting. Interesting book. First book to hold my attention straight through in the past week. (In some sort of funk right now). I never read Carters story so I was a little lost in the beginning regarding their businesses etc. the only think I wish this story had was more chemistry between jase and Beth. I'm not sure if it comes later on but the feeling I got in this book was that he really likes her because she reminds him of someone in his past. There's nothing there to make me believe they actually like or possibly love each other, besides the sex obviously.

Favorite. This series is my favorite of the Cross Brothers. A must read!!!

Dull.. It never really grabbed me and seemed to drag on slowly. Instead of turning pages because I couldn’t stop reading it, I was flipping pages hoping that it would get better. This genre is usually pretty edgy, but I found this book rather boring and I lost interest. The main characters don’t have a believable chemistry and I found the writing a bit…. patchy, clumsy and awkwardly worded at times.

A Single Glance is never enough.... Holy hell...I have to stop a minute to gather my thoughts because I am shaken and rolled abit after reading and submerging into what are excruciating encounters between Jace & Beth! There are so many arcs in the story you cannot stop reading it because it will compel you to keep turning the pages to the next unexpected thing. I have no idea what I just read...but do know it is a masterpiece that is hopefully going to be unravelled and worth the journey. So much is unknown...is Beth’s sister dead? Does a man named Marcus have her? And Beth giving herself to Jace for answers is so mind bending cause how do they fit? Jace’s character is a force for sure and while I did not warm to Beth as fast I am seeing her in the journey now as a probable pawn. Gonna take a risk on Book 2 and see where this sexy-melting, thriller takes me!

Emotional with an edge. It has been days since I’ve finished this book, and I still can’t stop thinking about the story. Books since have not compared!
