Life-Changing. An absolutely raw account of an underworld king. I end up reading this book every summer. Takes a few reads to work out small details you missed, but is never dull. If you’re not sensitive to perverse language, this will give you chills & thrills.

Game & Insight. This book will provide you with some of illest game that is to be sold, but it will also provide some of the most intricate literary lines ever written. Read between them, take notes if need be, and allow the insight to fill your noggin.

Awesome read. One of the best books I’ve ever read.

Great story of redemption!. This book took me into a world that I have never experienced, but was always curious about how it all worked. Iceberg Slim described his life, which showed how he got his start as a Pimp, but he did not glorify it, in fact, he basically advised against this way of life. He did a great job of walking the reader through his thought process, and how he left that life and found fulfillment. I will be reading the rest of his books.

Excellent. Truth and consequences.

He knows how to tell a story!!. amazing book, Slim is a great story teller, its like you get to meet the characters.

Classic. This book is a classic. If you are fortunate to travel in 70s the Midwest you will see the insides of the book. A must read in it came out and still is now in 2020s+. Well written.

Tight book. This was a good book and it shows how a pimp went through some tough times. Pimpin is alive and well even in these times, tricks love these tramps and will do anything for some flap.

Historic yet relevant.. Informative and paints a detailed picture of the unsettling underworld Negros were forced to embrace in order to prosper.

Non stop. This book I couldn’t put down. Non stop thrill.

Eye-opening. An amazing story, well told. Provided insight and perspective into a little understood world. Very thought provoking.

Great book. Its really a great book if you aren't focusing on the word for word. The are concepts about people and development that are clear and precise. Biggest thesis in the book is about Henry and his relationship, dads

Pimp. It's not always pretty but it's always real. This book tells a story of a man that became a legend in the secret society of Pimps and ho's. You travel back in time where you see the birth of the modern Pimp and Hustler. It's dynamic and colorful. A riveting read. A unprecedented look into the mind of this urban legend that had since never been duplicated. A must read for anyone who has the slightest curiosity about any master manipulator and first class motivator.

Good Read. The excitement is crazy in this book.

Mike v. Amazing

The greatest book I’ve read yet. A proven classic piece of literature. Don’t let the content dissuade you from the true art of this book. Provoking enough to stand up with all the other greatest pieces of literature to be released to the public. Read it and educate yourself.

Pimp. Great book

A great book to find out how women think. This book was absolutely written. It also gave me a great insight as to how women think. He used to many GED worms, assessment that there are no walls with this book. The beginning is a little confusing but if you buy through it you will not regret.

Grammatical errors. “She bad no idea of the lesbian kick, so naturally she couldn’t know she was a target.” Instead of "She had no idea of the lesbian kick, so..." You understand my drift. Get it fix because I was really debating on whether I should download it on my iPod or go to B&N to pick it up.

Chuuch. The game is still relevant ...

Pleasantly surprised.. This book is way outside of what I normally read. Parts of the book made me laugh out loud and other parts were truly cringe moments. The book is well written and I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it.

Pimp. Some of the best word play I’ve come across. Every detail painted a picture that was brilliantly displayed.

Once a hustler….. Pay your hard earned money for this book, promise you will feel hustled.

Page turner. Good story and depiction of what it was like being a pimp. Sometimes a bit hard to read with all the slang used but good book nonetheless.

Great Book. I found it very interesting how a man with an IQ of 175 got into Pimping. Now a days they called this sex trafficking. Pimps are not to be glorified.
