LOVED IT SO MUCH!. This was so good. Sexy, heartwarming, beautiful! On to the next book!

Too short!!. This was a good book but would have been much better if you had written more about there relationship after that one night. And then at the end there was an "interview" with Caden that made no sense to me. What was the interview for and why was he doing it???? I hope maybe you will have a continuation in their story but if not I'm not sure I will buy another one of your books if they are all unfinished!!!

Good. This was a fun short story about two people who fall in love/lust for each other without seeing one another. You can learn a lot about someone when your taped in the dark for hours with nothing to do but talk and feel. No judgements of the other except who they truly are at heart.

Pretty steamy!. But great read overall and left me wanting to read more, or just left me wanting...lol I liked the character development.

Great read. What a great premises for a book I loved it Laura Kaye is an author that can keep you in the book and never let go. Caden and Mackenna meet when they are trapped in an elevator in complete darkness.but Caden is afraid of the dark due to circumstances that happened when he was a child.Caden am Makenna start getting to know one another,and it turns into something much more,she helps him to overcome his fears. Must read book!!

Hearts in Darkness. I enjoyed Hearts in Darkness, I loved Makenna’s openness and Caden’s vulnerability. Trapped together they learn more about each other in the dark them most do in the light. So much so that by the time they see the light the vulnerabilities and insecure have subsided. I found myself immersed as if I was sitting in the elevator with them. I look forward to reading Love in the Light to see what comes next.

More than just skin deep. This is an amazing, heartwarming story that builds a bond between the characters based on who they are rather than what they look like. It’s a great read and highly recommended.

Look beyond exterior. A thoroughly enjoyable read. Well written & entertaining with hot scenes for additional entertainment. Thanks Laura, please keep writing & I will keep reading.

Surprisingly good. I was pleasantly surprised, and happy with the novel. It's more of a short story, and I read it in a couple of hours. Touching, funny and steamy, the novel was spot on with peoples feelings and how they relate to each other. I would have liked another chapter, but I was still happy with how it ended because there were no cliff hangers. A refreshing read, and a good take on 'damaged' people which veers from the generic path while still being believable. Would recommend to anyone.
