Abrupt ending. Cute story but it just ended abruptly. After all the build up I was a little disappointed with how fast the whole love story wrapped up.

Heat Wave. I enjoyed this story very much. I would have liked to read an outcome of the students involved; speaking with the principal. Enjoyable read.

So...now what?. Like other reviewers have said, I enjoyed this book but did feel like it ended much too abruptly. *Semi-Spoiler Alert* Do Caleb and Meredith end up getting married? Was he actually proposing? What ends up happening with Jerry Felton and the students who had caused trouble for Meredith? These are all questions that the book left up in the air, and I doubt the next title will answer them since it’s focused on another couple. I’d love for the author to update this book with an epilogue or different ending so that we’re not left wondering about all these things. Other than that, this was a good, simple read.

Heat Wave. Very good book in this series. I continue to enjoy the stories about people meeting and falling in love through a jukebox song. The story did have many repetitive statements throughout the book. A little less of that would make the story go by quicker. However, I will continue to read the series.
