Series Finale. This is the fifth (and final) book in the Canyon Cove series. It is a standalone and does not end in a cliffhanger. Hot and steamy sex so definitely 18+. The book blurb adequately describes the storyline so I'm not going to repeat that info here. The author describes the characters, the settings, and relationships so you can easily catch up even if you haven't read the first four books. Gabriel and Becca have been close friends for a long time. Will they decide to take the chance on being more than friends? The author does a good job detailing the emotional struggle they both go through as they each wrestle with that question. I have enjoyed this series and am sad it is over. Though a few of my favorite characters, like Navarro, will be featured in their own upcoming books. Can't wait to read their stories! Fabulous best friends to lovers journey. Another fabulous escape with the crew from Canyon Cove. Gideon and Becca became best friends working on the South End revival project and then at the big fund raiser, Gideon suddenly sees his best friend in a whole new light. Can he risk their friendship and try for love? Becca loves all her chats with Gideon, she starts and ends her day with him but after the fund raiser, he starts to act strangely. When he asks her on a non-date, date, well, what does he really mean? Can they become friends with benefits? As Gideon tries to convince Becca to be his girlfriend, Becca has a hard time letting go of Gideon’s wild reputation. Will Gideon be able to convince her that he is serious and love is on the line? This is an up and down romance as we find Gideon being the one pursuing love and Becca is the one fighting and doubting him. I loved that this road wasn’t easy for them. The chemistry is wonderful, they are friends that share everything yet getting to love was a rough road for them.

Loved this book. This is the first book in the Canyon Cove series that I've read and I enjoyed every second of it. I read it in a matter of hours because I was hooked right from the start. It's told from the viewpoints of both Gideon and Becca which I enjoyed in this instance. I liked knowing the thoughts and feelings of both characters as the story progressed and understand what drove them to make the choices they did. I felt it really worked for this story. At no time did I have to go back to the chapter's beginning to know who was talking which is something that I've had to do in other books that told the story from the points of view of 2 characters. I loved this book and look forward to reading the rest of the Canyon Cove series, as well as the spin off series when the first releases in early 2017.

A hot sweet summer read with lots of emotions. Five stars for Perfect together by Liliana Rhodes Genre: #Romance, #Contemporary, #Drama, #Erotic Audience: Adults 18+ Series: While Perfect Together is a standalone romance, it takes place after the events of Canyon Cove #1, Playing Games. Synopsis: Everyone says Gideon and Becca are perfect together, but they are just best friends. So the question is, can two friends who are perfect together become something more? Read and find out. Conclusion: I think what I loved most about this book, is how the characters realize that they need to make some changes in their lives in order to be happy. It's a life lesson realizing that change start with yourself, and it was beautifully written in this story. Gideon and Becca story are sweet, funny, full of drama and has a little added sass and spice. I would pair this story with a hot rum toddy on a cold night, since the story itself runs down smooth and spice like good rum. I loved the story and would warmly recommend it.

No longer just Gabriel's brother, Gideon becomes his own man. The bad thing about being best friends with a guy is when they tell you about their dates, hook ups, and mistakes. Becca knows Gideon. Truly, they have been so close for months. Their feelings, played out so realistically on these pages, tear at your heart. I pretty much knew there was an HEA coming, but there for a while I was sweating it.

Quick fun read!. This is the second book in the Canyon Cove Series that I have read. This book will leave you wanting to read more by this author. Becca and Gideon are perfect together!

Heartfelt and awesome to read. Can two friends become lovers and more? Will it ruin the friendship? Do they even want to risk it? In this heartfelt story you have Becca Draven and Gideon Kohl who are best friends. The two have been best friends for a while now. Then one day Gideon see’s Becca from behind at a party and tell’ s himself he wants that woman, not realizing its Becca. That’s the day it all changed for him. Both of them are having new thoughts about each other but no one to talk to about it because normally when they had a problem like this they would tell each other. Growth happens and sparks fly in this well written yet self-contained story that’s very entertaining to read.

Best friends to lovers. Recommend reading, this story is about best friends Becca and Gideon who's attraction comes to forefront at a fundraiser it has it's ups and downs twist and turn in the story but has a feel good ending this is a review for ARC

I absolutely loved this book!. I absolutely loved this book. It was a light hearted, sweet read about two best friends that progressed from friends to lovers. In that transition Liliana Rhodes perfectly captured Becca and Gideon’s confusion about whether they were willing to test their relationship for the possibility that they could be more.
