Whisper. Totally loved this sweet story- I also lost my heart to the sweet single dad!

Sweet and Sexy!. Melissa Foster did it again! She is aces at weaving a story of heartache and love. Nash is a single father of a 3 year old little boy named Phillip. Tempest is new to town and looking for a room to rent. When she moves in with Nash and Phillip it doesn't take long for their hearts to reach out for each other. Tempest helps Nash heal from the loss of his brother so many years ago and to let him know he can be an amazing dad and still give his little boy the independence he needs to grow up and socialize with other people. Nash helps Tempest realize what she wants from her life and goes about making it happen for her. Whisper of Love is a sweet, sexy read and one of the best yet by Melissa Foster.

Finding Love in Peaceful Harbor. A wonderful book about love and heartache of a single father(Nash), his 3 year old son(Philip), and a beautiful young woman(Tempest), who is hunting for a new beginning in life and business. She rents a room from Nash, in order to have a restful environment to write songs and build a new business. Tempest has a unique way of weaving herself into the lives of Nash & Philip. This is such an endearing story of music, guitars, lost family members, and complete reinventing their lives. It pulls your heart strings and you will have many tears to wipe away. It is a potent love story that is hard to put down and a great yearning to know their future. Beautiful writing, Melissa!

WHISPER OF LOVE. I love all of the Braden stories, but there’s just something about this one that just stole my heart! The relationship between this father and son is just plain sweet and adorable … and add Tempe into the mix and they make such a great family! Tempest Braden has left her nest of loving and over-protective family members to venture out on her own in Pleasant Hill. She’s watched her siblings start settling down and finding their happily-ever-afters and she’s decided she wants to go after her dream of where she wants her career to go. She is slowly building her clientele and hoping renting a quiet room from Nash Morgan will help her have some peace to rest and be creative! Single father Nash Morgan and his adorable son Phillip are such a temptation to her! Who knew sparks were going to fly between them as soon as she stepped foot in the place? Nash has put a lot of his life on hold to be the best father that he can be for his son … and he also harbors a lot of pain from his past and a part of himself that is closed off that he’s afraid to ever let in. Will having Tempe around help heal him? And when he finds out things weren’t exactly as they seemed all those years ago, will he be able to move past the self doubt he has been living with to find that happy ending?

One of Melissa Foster's best yet!. Melissa Foster has hit the jackpot with Tempest and Nash. Tempest is looking for something different with her business and life. She seems restless in Peaceful Harbor so moves to Pleasant Hill where she rents a room from Nash Morgan. Nash is a single father with a heart for only his son Phillip. Melissa has created such an indescribable relationship between Nash and Phillip that the feelings jump off the page and into your heart. The kind and unique way that Tempest is woven into their lives is so beautiful. You will not want to put this story down. Thanks to Melissa for this 10 star Braden story!

Whisper Of Love. Completely wowed

Reclusive artist and single dad coming right up. This was a great story narrated by BJ Harrison. This complex story revolves around a reclusive artist and a quirky musical therapist. This storyline it's so realistic being that it's involving a single parent and development of a young child who adores and mimics their hero at all costs. The moments between the characters are so very touching and the narration just pulls you in that you forget that you're listening to the story and not watching it or reading it. The relationships develop organically and so simply that you really feel a part of the story going on. I love the story it quite possibly is one of my favorites...don't miss out on this book.

This book was AMAZING!!!. This book was amazing! (Not that all the others that I love aren't!!!) I was crying, laughing and smiling and completely fell in love!!! 　

Whisper Of Love : Love in Bloom Series by Melissa Foster. This was such a heartwarming and very emotional story . The love Nash had for his son was very special and also his and Tempest love for each other. This is a book worth reading .

So much better in Audiobooks. Audio version Nash is a single father that is giving his all to his young son Philip, at the expense of his creative destiny and relationships with others. Tempest needs a new place to live and ends up renting a room from Nash so they are both able to make their bills. Neither of them expected that their new housemate would actually be so much more for both of them. Listen (or read) as both Tempest and Nash learn how to expand their lives to include each other. Whisper of Love. First time reading this author. The story had great potential, but their hook up happened way too fast for my taste, and the sex was a little too graphic . It seems that’s become the selling point these days. I did like the characters and the story line though.

Love this Author!. Not my favorite Melissa Foster book. It began with Nash, a single father who is a loner renting out a room in his farmhouse. They quickly fall into bed and the rest is an HEA.

What a great story. The characters were fantastic and the story was interesting and beautiful. I loved the family values and the innocence of children. Fantastic romance.

Tempe and Nash. Sweet story that pulls on your heartstrings. Sometimes love strikes hard and fast and is just perfect as is the case for Tempe and Nash. The narrator is fabulous!

Can music mend a broken heart?. It is said that "music tames the savage beast" but can it also heal a closed and broken heart? Tempest Braden describes herself as ".... careful. Careful in life, careful with her emotions, and careful with herself. Too careful. At closer to thirty than twenty, she was feeling hemmed in by her mall hometown and, she had to admit, by her own careful nature." Tempe is ready for a change so she branches out from her music therapy program at the hospital into trying to start children's music groups in Pleasant Hill. She takes an even bigger step by renting a room from Nash, a single father who is raising his son Phillip on a small farm. Nash is a quiet man with a broken heart from the loss of his brother and the family he once knew. He is an accomplished artist but has set aside his metal and wood sculpting in order to focus on his raising his son. Nash is a man of few words and he feels that he and Phillip get along just fine on their own. Tempe breezes into their lives and brings with her a breath of fresh air. Her love for children spills out over Phillip and over time, her music begins to soften Nash's hardened heart. I loved watching their relationship grow and seeing Nash give up his guarded and brooding nature. Phillip (or Flip as he calls himself) is adorable and he definitely steals the show at the end of the book. This addition to the Braden series by Melissa Foster is a great read and a very touching story of healing and of forgiveness. Note: I had occasion to listen to the audio version of this book and I enjoyed it just as much. The narrator, BJ Harrison, does a great job and has a very easy to listen to voice. I do not hesitate to recommend this book in either format.

Great love story!. Great story without the ridiculous twist of a breakup in the middle. Love the way the author created a story to include the importance of preschool.

Loved it!!!. I couldn’t wait to see Tempy fall in love and seeing her help Nash and “flip” grow as a family made me laugh and cry. I can’t wait to read about Ty when it is his turn.

Nash and Tempest. Sometimes it’s hard to leave home – not because you can’t leave, but because you have so much family, everywhere, and you love them. Tempest Braden has this problem. She loves her family and loves her work as a music therapist, yet wants a fresh start in a new place so that she can meet new people. What she finds is Nash Morgan and his son Phillip (Flip). Nash builds furniture now, but was an artist before Phillip. Tempest rents a room from Nash… Melissa Foster has a great thing going. The Braden’s are such a great family, with love, laughs and caring. Siblings and cousins are close, and bringing new loves into the fold is a test that comes with love and acceptance. Whisper of Love does not disappoint. Tempest and Nash offer a sweet getting to know you with some intense moments and some fun and laughs, too. I listened to an audible of this story. The narrator, BJ Harrison, did a great job of bringing the story to life. He captures the characters so well, and his voice will entice you in and keep you there. Even if you’ve never read or heard a Braden family story, you can have this story as a stand-alone. However, the story will be richer if you know some of the Braden’s. Enjoy this story, and if you are so inclined, catch up with all of the other Braden’s as well!

Whispers of love. That was the most adorable story ever. Nash, Phillip and Tempest. Nash was an artist, and a single father of three years old Phillip. Due to tragic circumstances he lost his older brother, breaking up his family. Separating him from his only living family his mom. Tempest was a music therapist, looking for a change and decided to move. Went to rent a room from Nash and sparks flew everywhere. Tempest and Nash and Phillip help each other to heal. And the proposal could not have been more beautiful. This is emotionally sensitive story but you will love.

Whisper of Love. Mad me laugh. Made me cry. Happy tears and sad tears. Wonderful read.

Whisper of Love. A very warm loving story so beautifully written with the best of endings or I should say the start of forever after 🌺🥰🌸

Refreshing and romantic. Not full-on plot spoiler but don’t read further if you like to be surprised. Really enjoyed reading a romance that doesn’t have a big drama/upset/misunderstanding/threat to the relationship about 50-100 pages from the end that they have to get passed to keep you interested. I thought the female lead was possibly to good to be true but then I thought of someone I know who is like her and guess that means she could be real! Enjoy.

Whisper of Love is a light hearted, small town romance with a sexy single dad with the most adorable son and a sweet woman renting a room from him. While it may use common themes of a single dad and housemates, Melissa Foster captures this in such a unique way that it feels completely new as you are reading it and I guarantee you will be flicking the pages as fast as I was to find out how this book will play out. I absolutely adored this book with it’s witty writing undertone and its heart warming, quirky characters that will capture your heart. Told from dual points of views, Tempest and Nash had such a sizzling attraction from the very beginning, but were also quickly very likeable and relatable characters. Together they have an incredible chemistry and connection that clearly evolves as the book progresses as these two strong and independent people grow in accepting new challenges (even if sometimes with reluctance). We also get to see their more vulnerable sides, adding a realistic connection between the characters and readers. There are plenty of fun, sexy moments as the two explore the chemistry between them that heats up with the mutual growing feelings that develop at a fast pace but continually over a period of time. The sub-characters add extra dimensions in helping shape these two characters, especially Nash’s mini-me son, Phillip, who completely steals and melts your heart; I personally loved reading some of the scenes with Phillip in regard to showing his relationship with both Tempest and Nash. Whisper of Love is exquisitely written with its steady pace and perfect flow. While the book is light hearted there are plenty of emotional undertones and some secrets that add to the book’s intrigue. The descriptions were beautifully captured from the simple details to the intrinsic art Nash created, giving the reader the ability to really visualise the scenes playing out while feeling the intimate emotions. The sub-characters from previous books do crop up but you do not need to have read any previous books to follow along, allowing this to be read as a standalone with a HEA. Phillip, Nash’s son, completely steals the show at the end to make one swoon worthy sweet romantic ending for Tempest and Nash. Overall, I highly recommend this single dad / housemates romance that I guarantee will leave you feeling all fuzzy and warm, especially with the sweet ending. An amazing story of love and family!. I absolutely love books by Melissa Foster. They're light yet full, fun, safe, sweet, romantic, sexy, relevant, and brilliantly constructed. WHISPER OF LOVE was no exception! I found, once again, that the characters were easy to love. Tempest was a music therapist with a heart of gold. Her beauty went far beyond skin deep. She was ambitious, family-oriented, extremely loving, and as pure a soul as one can find in any book. Nash was a bit of a tortured hero, in that he had suffered loss and hadn't quite come to grips with all that life had handed him. He was also a single father to a delightful three year old boy whose mother had abandoned them. Even if I wasn't already swayed and huge fan of his, the interactions with his son would have owned my heart. The development of a relationship between Nash and Tempest was both hot and sweet. This story made my point for me and gave further proof as to why Melissa Foster is a one-click author for me. I'm guaranteed a great time with passionate relationships, strong heroines, and swoon-worthy heroes!
